Accommodation could use some rennovations, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location (right in Stubai center, next to bakeries, ice cream shops and everything else). We stayed in an appartment with a separate bedroom, and a living room with a kitchenette which was very convenient with a toddler. Amazing balcony views. Free parking next to the entrance. The hotel provided Stubai Super Cards, so it was great to explore surrounding routes with cable cars.

The facilities were kept VERY clean but felt a little tired. There were several burned out light bulbs in the unit, the pullout futon legs were unstable and took a little work to set up each night ( once setup, however, very comfortable), and the door handle was missing a screw that made it very unstable. I was afraid the handle might come off. In addition, there was a trundle bed stored in the hall along with a few other items. These are all minor maintainace issues only but, if addressed, would make for a more esthetically pleasing stay. Please note that these observations are minor and meant to help the owners spruce up the hotel. This place is a diamond in the rough.

The staff are warm and welcoming. The breakfast offerings were extensive and delicious. The location in the center of town steps away from bus stop to the glacier is very convenient. The breakfast restaurant exudes tirolian charm.

one night around 10:00 PM one of the hotel staff entered our flat suddenly although the door was locked. We were shocked about it and when I approach the door I saw that she was very drunk and she wrongly took the keys for another flat. overall it was disappointing!

Maybe Its a bit pitty There is no sauna or Pool. But Just a few Minutes from hotel is local indoor Pool with Saunas as well which is really perfect for small Kids.

Upon arrival, we were shocked by the overall state of the property. The environment was dirty, smelled heavily of smoke, and was clearly not maintained to the standards presented on your platform. More concerning, however, was the host’s demeanor. She appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, was rude and unprofessional, and showed no willingness to assist us. In fact, she openly stated we should consider ourselves lucky she would “deal with us at all,” and proceeded to offer us alcohol instead of a proper welcome. Unfortunately, we had to leave the accommodation, arrange alternative lodging, and initiate a complaint process with Booking.com.

There is nothing we could rate positively.

The premises of this bed-and-breakfsat are not very welcoming. The building is dated, a bit run down and the furniture in our room was in a relatively bad shape. Not all lights in the room were functioning, the bathroom faucet was leaking. Bed linen was not in top condition either. Breakfast was below average. The staff wasn't very professional. While the price for the stay was comparatively low, it still felt too high for what the hotel has to offer.

Wonderful location - in the very centre of Neustift, a stone throw away from restaurants, shops, bus-stop. Good view from the room and balcony. Well heated. Parking worked quite well.

The reception and restaurant smelled like smoke. I saw the managers smoking in the reception area. While our room was “non-smoking”, it clearly was a smoking room at some point. We left and were not refunded for our second night.
