For a while, the smell of food being prepared in another room could be detected through the air conditioning. There was no water, tea or coffee in the room.

There was no shower gel, and the shower door didn’t close completely, so water leaked onto the floor.

The bathtub was a bit difficult to get in, due to its height above the floor. Besides that, all was great.

The room had a basic kitchenette, though it had no cutlery or dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had all the basics. The breakfast was very good and the staff were always friendly. We liked the neighborhood and the vicinity of a supermarket for our needs. Also, the bus stop made it very easy to take the public transport to get to the city center.

There was a strange smell in the room — not unbearable, and you do get used to it, but it could be a bit unpleasant every time you walked in. Another downside was the poor Wi-Fi; I wasn’t able to use it during my entire stay.

The staff was friendly. The hotel and room were nice, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall, we felt it offered good value for money.

Poor room cleaning. Found somebody's food leftovers and belongings on the floor. Room was not cleaned (bottles from water were not taken away during our stay, but towels were changed)..No fridge in the room. TV was not working (no signal).

The hotel is located in the quiet park zone, far from tourist center. Easy to get to ubahn. Hotel offers very good breakfast for its category. Clean linens and towels. Staff is friendly and nice.

The wifi was very slow and poor network. I asked once to restart the router. However, wifi didn't improve after that. This was major issue.

Overal impression is positive. The location is not perfect, but the price was also not so high compared to other places in Vienna. The receptionist could be more polite, when we arrived at +/- 14:30 and just said hello. There was no queue, the atmosphere was relaxed, but we got smth like “the check in starts at 15:00”. Since she is so accurate to time, I’d like to add that we didn’t get the key at 15:00, and even more we had to wait, because our room wasn’t ready by 15:00. We also were strictly informed that smoking is not allowed, but we are non-smokers, that’s why we felt the smoke everywhere. There was a crowd of other visitors smoking near the central entrance almost every time we passed on. The room itself was clean, big, bright and even had some basic kitchen facilities to cook something for breakfast, which was amazing because sometimes I would prefer sitting alone in the company of my wife. I will come back to this place again :)

The deluxe double room we booked had an additional upstairs bedroom, a big balcony facing the huge park, and it wasn't even very expensive. Apart from a few ants in the kitchen area and some worn-out patches on the carpets here and there, the room was superb and clean. The breakfast was very rich with a large variety of meals, and we particularly liked the park next to us with the big lake and the peace and quiet. As for getting to the city centre, allow yourself 40-50 minutes by public transport. It wasn't a problem for us, though.

It exceeded our expectations because we were on a road trip and just wanted to sleep over. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, the location is ideal because the highway is relatively close... We are very satisfied.

Good location, the center is near by car (17 min) and we could park around the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, varied and abundant. The staff was friendly and helpful, they didn't keep me waiting for anything.

The pictures and descriptions are misleading. Based on descriptions, there should be 3 single beds in one bedroom even though the beds had been merged and there was no space to separate them.
