However, the bathroom was very small and poorly designed: the sink was too small, access to the bathtub was inconvenient, and the toilet was awkwardly positioned. Overall, I would not classify this as a four-star hotel; it is more comparable to a three-star establishment.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. I was satisfied with the room's cleanliness, although it should be noted that cleaning is not included in the price and incurs an additional charge. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is a little shabby, ranking it as a four star hotel seems a little weird.

The room was big with a comfortable bed. It was nice that the towels in the bathroom were large and clean. The staff, mostly young people, were very helpful, very attentive girls in the breakfast room. The reception staff, especially Maira, always very polite, were ready to deal with any questions you had. They all spoke English.

A very clean, contemporary hotel near the centre of town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Breakfasts are not that great, they are quite pricy for what you get - Argentina has amazing bread culture, yet in the hotel all the breads were sweet and not that tasty. In the rooms with balcony, all the AC units from higher floors are right above the balcony - what causes condensate to drop on the balcony - maybe an umbrella would help?

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the main street and very close to the busy broadway like area. Our room had a balcony what was a great addition. The main road was closed, but the hotel contacted us on how to get to the entrance and it was all great! Very helpful staff!

A very pleasant stay in a price-competitive hotel with a great buffet! The location is perfect to visit the city, maybe there are better options for restaurants and bar at night (like Palermo, Recoleta)

I was bothered by a few things about the room. First, it was tightly packed. The bed was about a meter away from the bathroom, and the bathroom door was a barnyard-style sliding door, so there was no privacy at all. This has to be a room for a single guest, not a couple, and I booked about a month in advance. Also, there was no wall insulation, you could hear people walking above and moving stuff on the sides, thankfully I didn't have noisy neighbors, so loud talking was not heard. But my trip was for resting and these things bothered me. If I have to give some feedback to improve, I would suggest at least a couple of complementary water bottles or coffee in the rooms, the only coffee available costs a dollar, comes in a sachet and you have to pick it up at the reception desk, plus you need to use your water if you do not want to use the tap water. So I would improve those first impressions of amenities.

The breakfast is outstanding. Not only its above average from other similar hotels in the area, but there is variety to it in our 4 day stay. Our room was cleaned daily and looked spotless. Bed was comfy too, tho it was a queen size, I would expect a king size bed as similar prize ranged hotels. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming!
