Staff unfriendly. Lights from the front were nearly impossible to block out of our room 106. And mold in grout in bathroom.

The property is lovely. We had a very large lake view room. Breakfast was good.

No window screens. Getting stung by a wasp in the room. There was a hotel shuttle but to nowhere!

Hotel location in quieter area of city excellent. Had lake view room which was beautiful. Hotel driveway took a bit if getting used to when driving but views at top made up fro this Breakfast exceptional. Everything and more you could ask for

Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The location, outside of town was close enough to be convenient and provides a tranquil environment with great views. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to come back here if I returned to Bariloche.

The room was carpeted and decor somewhat outdated; however, it was clean. We rented a car and were glad that we had as the walk to town was lengthier than expected and along a busy road.

The breakfast was wonderful - many delicious options and very convenient. Our room had two floors with a lovely view of the lake and mountains. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to give recommendations and assist with our travel plans. We enjoyed the gym and pool.

Nothing, just wish I could have stayed longer than the 6 days I spent there.

Bariloche was one of the nicest travel experiences of my life (and I've been travelling for about 30 years). The rooms facing the front of the Huinid Bustillo hotel, like the one I stayed in, have an absolutely amazing view of the lake Nahuel Huapi and the Andes peaks beyond the lake. The breakfast food was very very good, with many choices, including fruits, yogurts and desserts (one day I counted 15 kinds). Fresh and delicious, nourishing too. The hotel has a swimming pool with a nice view of the mountains, spa services and a big terrace where you can enjoy food from the restaurant or just bask in the sun. Also a nice yard, with a big lawn, birds, trees and rose bushes. The entire area is very beautiful, with amazing mountains and lakes, hiking trails and let's not forget the delicious chocolate (better than the Swiss one in my opinion) and ice cream stores spread all over the centre of the town. I didn't want to leave, and I hope will return one day soon, even if it's a long flight from Canada.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. The staff were very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any request. We also had a flight delay which meant we had a change in dates and they were really amazing and understanding even though it was last minute. No air con in all rooms as standard in Bariloche hotels but they provided fans on hot days which was great. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was great, a lot of options and fresh. Would definitely go there again.

Friendly helpful staff and a good restaurant. You would struggle to find somewhere this good in Switzerland. A beautiful location on the west side of the town so it was easy to drive to the Cerro Campanario chairlift, the Circuito Chico and Puerto Panuelo. We wished we had stayed here for longer than two nights!

First class place all around. The room was clean, spacious, well appointed and had a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and spa and fitness room are great for relaxing after lots of traveling. The breakfast was over the top good, as was the food in the restaurant in the evening. The hotel is a good value for the price.
