The night staff - Male guy in the receptionist area - was not helpful at all. Very cold and unfriendly. This male receptionist, had long hair in a pony tail and I believe he had eye glasses. We went to him 2 times and guy did not give us eye contact and from far, answered our questions concerning the room temperature. He responded with an attitude and smart remarks.

Receptionist Maria Jose, had great customer service. She was very helpful and always friendly and professional.

The only real downside for me was the very loud music during the breakfast, 7 a.m. and the sound boxes were very high already, couldn't have a peaceful breakfast without having the sound smashing my head. Granted, all the other places we visited had this issue, it seems to be a trend to have loud music during coffee time, it was just way too loud.

The room was great and very spacious, and for its price delivered more than expected. The bathtub was amazing, the heat of the shower, and the cleanliness of the room overall were amazing. The staff was super helpful and more than one time they provided useful information so we could have the right information while going to the mountain to ski. The breakfast options were also very good, they have multiple types of food so it should be a solid option for vegetarians and those who prefer animal-based proteins.

Game zone should have better quality arcades. Also I consider that those should be free. I went there with my 5 years old son to spend some time togheter , but we leaved the room after 15 minutes since every arcade there was having issues or was broken. Room bathroom with some details.

The location is very good. Waking every morning with the mountains as background was amazing. Breakfast very good with several options to choose. Our room was really nice and confortable.

we didn’t like the parking area which wasn’t paved, full of gravel and dusty. the showers have a leak that makes the floor wet ( we stayed in 2 different rooms and both had the same issue) Pool schedule isn’t all day and can only be used between 230 and 930 pm

the buffet breakfast was really good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Both accesses to the hotel were steep, not paved and in rather bad conditions. No coffee or at least an electric kettle in the room. A good choice

Location far from the city, in the middle of a long dirty slope. By bus and / or foot, very inconvenient location, especially since there is nothing else than hotels around. If you have your car or use a taxi for every movement, there is no issue here. At the time we were staying at the hotel, middle of February, the hotel was a construction site extremely noisy during all day, and very crowded. There is a swimming pool, but pretty small and that doesn't seem so clean.

Nice hotel, confortable rooms and very nice view. Very good breakfast, better than most hotels in the area. Good services, and good global quality of the hotel. On site restaurant of nice quality.

- The way up to the hotel by car was quite steep & very bumpy - Restaurant prices (besides breakfast) were expensive (even for Bariloche Standards)

The breakfast was poor. Watery eggs every morning, stale bread and a lack of savoury options. Good if you have a sweet tooth though. The facilities weren’t great. There was a pool and a small hot tub that did the job. There was also a small gym which was very poor and quite unsafe. The only machine that was in the gym was broken and was dangerous to use.

Good location. Close to bariloche centre (about 5 minutes by car). Beautiful views but they’re a little obstructed by a new outbuilding. Hotel was good for what we used it for which was to ski.

Receptionists should be trained. Some of them have a disrespectful and typical "sobradora" Argentinean attitude.

Breakfast, food at the restaurant(but servers not properly trained). Rosita , room cleaning, was friendly, accommodating, and was very efficient. Manager of front desk was able to take care of the lack of understanding of how to talk to clients and resolve issues

a. check in took 45 minutes when we were the only guests in the line b.after we got the room around midmight we found out that the sheets were not replaced. there was no one in the hotel except the reception guy . it took him 1 hour to come with a solution that we will move to another hotel as there were no otheravailable rooms. by this time our kids were already asleep in a different room and we couldnt move. we slept on the floor and despite many requests the hotel refused to compensate us for their mistake c. check out - again took a long time. the reception team again was not nice d. I just found out that they charged me 100$ more then the price in the reservation... still waiting for respond from their side
