The hotel aparently hosts large group of party tourists that party in the room until after midnight every single night. There were girls screaming and singing at 12:30 and 1:30 at night despite complaints. This is not acceptable, especially as the noise continued at 7:30 in the morning. The hotel was quite expensive considering the noise and inconvenience. Moreover, ever since checkout I receive daily reminder of the hotel to fill out an additional evaluation form.

Be more honest. We ask for room together, that didn't happen. Also the first room they give us was smelling like piss. They said the will fix the shower that was clogged, also didn't happen. The air conditioner is on you head, so the cold i have now is not recommendable.

Too much noise coming from the toilet pipe. Always the sound of water. It seemed like it was coming from another room when they flushed the toilet (but that's just my guess). But the sound of water passing through the pipe in the early hours of the morning was very irritating.

The staff is so nice and very friendly.

We first got put in a room that stunk of sewage from the grate in the bathroom and which overlooked the busy road so we got no sleep. So clearly one of their worst rooms for what was a 5 night stay. The bathroom looks about 30 years old and so is pretty dirty at this point, and the shower head dumps water on you it’s not a pleasant experience. It 100% does not match the photos of the bathrooms the hotel uses online. Perhaps they have renovated one bathroom and used photos of that… but that is straight up false advertising. also the breakfast was really disgusting. Very limited and poor quality we could barely eat any of it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I have included an actual photo of the bathroom so future guests can see what they are really like.

We liked the location and the maids were very helpful and did a good job as much as they could with what were clearly old and tired rooms. The credit was we were able to move rooms when we requested although it didn’t solve all the issues.

Allow people to make their own toast. Send a check in form in advance. Isolate for noise. Buy new mattresses.

The walls are paper thin, it was noisy all night long, we could barely sleep. The mattress was bad. The breakfast was disappointing, it's the first time in my life I'm restricted from operating a toaster on my own. The lady operating the toaster handed me a cold toast and then wanted to hand in the same to other people... just stupid.

The rude attitude of the staff. The dirty rooms. The bed bugs in the room. Not giving me my refund until I wentvand got the Mendoza Argentina Police department to accompany me back to the hotel to get my money back. Liars, cheaters, swindlers..... terrible place. Don't stay here. EVER!!!

The breakfast is limited to mainly sweet options, but that's fine if you're not so keen on eggs like we are. Our room was supposed to have a fridge and didn't, there also isn't a laundry service or a gym. These things were advertised as part of the facilities but aren't actually there to use.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is great! The pool upstairs is awesome to lounge by.
