The walls are somewhat poorly soundproofed. You can’t hear anything from outside, but we were literally asked to keep it down for watching TikTok at low volume — and it was only 11 p.m.

The breakfast was excellent, the water pressure in the shower was superb, and the location, in my opinion, couldn’t be better.

Close to Florida metro and bus stops, close to tourist street, relatively safe at night , spacious room, great staff, I like to have openable windows in my room, fridge inside the room( not a common thing in Chile)

The carpet on the floor was dirty (i could see it in my babys legs/feet when crawling) and the minibar had fungus. The hotel only accepts pesos even though Booking.com said I will be charge in USD. Finally, and due to our bank, we ended paying much more than the price expected. But I suppose this is not the hotels fault.

There are not many amenities available. The gym is a separate facility that the hotel will give you a pass to access. Lobby is small (and gets noisy). There's nowhere else to go besides breakfast restaurant floor, lobby, and bedroom. No place to work or hang out in the hotel besides the bedroom and lobby.

Location in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires is hard to beat. The hotel is on a quieter street - so it's not noisy at night - but you are still close to lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, attractions, etc. The breakfast is decent with fruit, pastries, juices, and hot meals (eggs, fried rice, empanadas, etc.). Internet works great. Bed is comfortable. Hot water in shower. A/C works well. Staff is very friendly.

Oh my God, the bed and shower were both so fantastic. The room was insanely clean. Did I mention that the shower is fantastic? And the bed? It was fantastic too! The staff was very helpful and the property was located in a great position downtown. There was street noise during the day as to be expected in the center of Buenos Aires. At night things dramatically, calm down and the streets were pretty much empty. I had a great three day experience there.

The walls were so thin that I could hear the people in the next room talking or when they were in the shower. This was very annoying, especially when the people in the next room were talking late at night when I was trying to sleep.

My room was clean and tidy and a good size. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The weather. Cold and dreary with periods of rain, but what can you do? It was winter.

Perfect location to be in the middle of all the major sites, yet still quiet so you could sleep soundly at night. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and extremely helpful.

Nothing really, everything was what I wanted.

Great location - very central and close to Lavalle and Florida walking streets, restaurants, touristic places etc. The breakfast was great with a good variety of foods to choose from. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good internet connectivity.

I stayed in this hotel 2 times during my visit to Buenos Aires (once in April, later in August). Always a great experience. Very close to many attractions, great rooms with central heating and air conditioner. Always hot water and great showers. Great service by front desk team. Very kind and helpful personel.
