It needs an update. Everything is old. There is mold in the bathroom. There are nails sticking out of the nightstand, very dangerous. Rusty radiators in the room. It seems like no manager seriously evaluates the condition of the rooms.

A simple but seemingly good hotel in the center of Bariloche. Staff was friendly.

Beds would split apart pretty easily during the night, and sheets would slide off the mattress. The water pressure left a lot to be desired

No elevator to the 3rd floor, a bad smell in the rooms, the sheets on the beds do not look fresh, toilet/shower looks scary. Sound insulation non existing. The heating can not be adjusted in the room, so if you open the window all noise from the street is in your room. After all, it's a hostel so don't have high expectations, but I am stunned by the high review score, maybe it is a good place for South American tourists, perhaps we are spoiled in Europe?

The location is good, the price is cheap, the staff is nice and that's about it. We do appreciate they gave us breakfast early in the morning before we left, which is very basic.

Limited workspace and equipment in the kitchen. Oven unusable. Wife was intermittent and we had to use the restaurant area, which was better but not 100% reliable.

They kindly turned the heating off in our room because we don't like a heated bedroom. Having toast, coffee and juice for breakfast was great. Plenty of storage in the rooms. Restaurant area was a good place to meet people

Limited utilities in kitchen and working area around cooker (only top hob/stove available, no oven). Some front rooms had traffic noise, back rooms quiter.

The staff were very friendly and helped us with all our enquiries and requests. The breakfast was limited in variety but consistent and filling (the coffee was excellent). For us the rooms were too hot, but they provided us with a room with the heating turned off in the bedroom. Great location near to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, tourist information office(s) and local buses to all the hiking points.

Toilet in room 107 is constantly running, not sure where all the water is going to but probably needs looking at and is annoying when you are trying to sleep! Shower floods the bathroom. Toilet seat is sharp and probably needs replacing. Lacking in utensils in the kitchen, no chopping knife, can opener or peeler. Breakfast was a bonus but it is just toast and drinks. Wifi can be temperamental.

Great value for money, location was awesome, staff were super friendly and helpful, also let you leave bags after checkout and it was very clean.

The bathroom had a leak that nearly on the last night created a huge puddle that almost touched the bed. Furthermore, I think there were bed bugs in the bed. Every morning I woke up with a new sting in my body.

The hotel is old and rundown in my opinion. The room was small. The shower didn't have a drain, just a hole. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and it didn't come with a mattress cover. The pillows had no pad whatsoever.

The location was within walking distance of the main streets in Bariloche. You could take a hot shower.

The shower was very temperamental and you had to either choose between freezing cold or scalding hot. It was also difficult to find somewhere to place things in the bathroom as it was quite small. Maybe a hand towel rail or toothbrush holders would be a good idea.

Fast WiFi, comfortable bed, nice staff. The location was okay, there is a slight hill you have to walk up from the centre of town although it takes roughly 10 minutes.

The room was smaller than we thought it would be based on the measurements on booking. The bathroom was old, and the bath matt/towel was quite gross and old.

It got really hot in the night. No common areas (but they had a dining room) so not very social. Our toulet flush was not working well

Hostel staff were lovely and went out of the way to help us. Breakfast was really nice each day and there was really strong wifi. Rooms were big and really warm and we were given towels. Free cold water refills and the location was great, near the town centre and had a western union nearby. Hair dryer provided too which was a first for me in South america

The location is good, near the main street but just a bit far that it's more quiet. The staff were nice and helpful. The pillows were comfy and the room was nicely heated.
