Rooms were a bit dated and needed a little TLC. It was expensive for what you got. The staff weren’t the most friendly, we had our stay cancelled and then re booked and the staff weren’t communicative in confirming if our stay was paid for or not and it took us a while to “rebook” as our cards were not accepted for some reason. In communicating with the hotel they were a bit rude at times and this out is off a bit prior to coming.

Nice breakfast, deco, bar area and lounge with stunning lake views. Chocolate on our pillow as we arrived. Hotel in a good central location.

Quite noisy because next to the Main Street.

Good location, right at the center of Bariloche. Easy to go everywhere. Beautiful scenery because just opposite lake. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very cozy lobby, you gonna love it.

It was too hot at night- the radiator couldn’t be adjusted.

I did not take the lake view room, I read it was noisy due to the road, I received a side room which was noisy as well, road going down towards lake, cars stopped loudly. No fridge, no electric kettle.

The main corridor and floors are a bit old, also very confusing payment upfront of the room and parking. My booking was canceled once because I didn’t manage to pay and I had to book again, when normally I use booking.com to make the process as easy as possible.

Shower a bit temperamental if you flush the toilet it’s boiling hot.

Beautiful views out of the window looking at the lake. Comfortable bed, great breakfast. Safe and helpful staff.

It needs some update, but everything worked properly, overall we had a good stay

Great location, in walking distance from everything you would want to visit in Bariloche. We had the lake view, very nice, but with the inconvenience of the rather noisy street. The garden view will be quieter, probably. Breakfast was good, staff helpful. Nothing to complain about.

The parking lot was very expensive. Slightly outdated facilities, some missing commodities like lack of fridge, old showers, average breakfast options.

Hotel right by the shore in Bariloche. One of the oldest in town and still quite in a good shape. Classical environment, clean, good service, commodities and breakfast included. They also have a parking lot (very expensive though). Despite its shortcomings, it is not a bad choice as it has a great location (5 min walk from downtown and the shore), breakfast is included, fair price and overall good service.

The hotel is beutiful and charming, we loved it! Excelent location, super clean, very confortable beds and pillows, very good breakfast and all the personal is very kind. The hotel has garage as well, very convenient considering that the hotel is located in the Bariloche's City center. It is not a modern hotel, but it has all you need and in perfect shape! I definitely recommend this hotel.

They did not allow me a last minute modification on my reservation. Didnt like that one of the receptionist really try hard " to sell" me the most expensive options for tours and recommendations eventhoug i was asking for non expensive options, he was like, thats not available, it will be hard to do or to find... bla bla bla... The hotel is not cheap, so i was expecting something a little more delicate, like the shower for example, needs to be change, to old, the pressure of water is zero, really had a hard time taking my showers.

Grear location They storage bags, before the room is ready or after checkout. Nice lake view from the breakfast area.
