This hostel’s biggest strength is its central location—perfect for exploring the city. The 24/7 check-in and WhatsApp availability were really convenient, making communication with the staff super easy. The breakfast was quite extensive, though it leaned heavily towards sweet options. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. A great example: after cleaning our room, they found a lost item and proactively messaged us so we could pick it up later. That kind of attention to detail really stood out! However, the central location also means it can be noisy at night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. The room itself was quite basic—fine for a night but not ideal for a longer stay. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, and the showerhead was positioned quite low (though, to be fair, we are quite tall!). Overall, a great option if you need a conveniently located place for a short stay, with helpful staff and good service.

I booked and said all taxes were included. But when we arrived we have to pay 20usd more for city council taxes. My room was next to the cleaning room so at 8pm I could hear them. The staff wasn’t that helpful. We asked for parking, they sent us to one that was 30usd the night. They could explain more about how street parking was. Also we asked for cheap places for dinner. They recommended two. They were not the best options. It was like they didnt want to help.

Location is great. Beds are comfortable.

The room was on Mitre, a very busy street. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend staying in any hotels on this street. Noise after midnight and starting at 6 am

Heating in the room didn't always work, or heat up the room. Breakfast was the exact same thing every day, some things very weird taste (coffee, salami). But overall everything was good.

Luciano the recepcionist was very good and helpful. The room was very clean.

Everything was good although most of the staff didn’t speak English, however we managed to communicate through Google Translate. Would definitely recommend staying here as it’s good value for money!

Property was very clean and had great sized rooms. Staff were very helpful and even let us send our clothes to be laundered.

Room was a bit small and we had a slight misunderstanding with the staff regarding our request for a transfer from the airport, however it was not a big problem as taxis from the airport were reasonably priced.

I paid more than what my reservation said, plus I had to pay some taxes extra (even tho my reservation was saying that all the fees and taxes are included). At the checkout I had to wait for them to check the room (was the first time when they did that in a hotel). The breakfast is not ready at 7am

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggages before the check-in time. However, conversation in english was not straightforward. Breakfast was ok. The location is very good in the center street of Bariloche.

The walls are paper thin. You could hear people snoring and talking from the hallway. An alarm went off in the town all night long, therefore we couldn´t sleep at all.

The room was dirty, the ceiling and the color from the wall was coming off, the shower was leaking, the bathroom had a bad smell. The cleaning lady was coming in unannounced, after the checkin time without checking first.

Breakfast was good and fresh. The guy who took care of it was forthcoming and really quick, attentive and nice. The location of the Hotel is really central, many things are easily reachable from here.

Verryyyyy dirty. The carpet is old. The bathroom is so old that i felt like i was in a hospital Extremely noisy at night from all the party near by They charge extra fee to keep luggage overnight when we went camping for 1 night. Most places in Bariloche do it for free
