The hotel was old, the breakfast was overpriced. We were disappointed to see that the photos don’t match to the reality. Not all the stuff speaks English.

The location is great, the stuff really helped us when we had problems with our booking.

Good basic stay in Bariloche with great location in the city

We had problems with the hot water tap. Sometimes it wouldn’t come on, and if it was on it was stop working. The hotel is located at the top of the main strip which is a great location, however it’s quite noisy if you’re on the front of the hotel from the traffic.

The room was a lovely size, and we had two balconies with beautiful views of the lake. The staff did their best to check us in early. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Older property a little outdated but clean and well kept. I would have liked a little heat in the room. Street is noisy.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable although pillows were not. Extra blankets in the room were appreciated.

Check in procedure is complicated even with a helpful staff it is problematic and takes a long time. If your telephone is not working you can not do the check in.. I was not satisfied with the problematic administration

It was a last minute change on our trip and this hotel was good enough for staying one night in downtown Bariloche. It has a parking lot inside the hotel and breakfast was pretty good

No AC, no refrigerator, small maintenance issues.

The noises, the apartment has zero isolation so you can hear everything, so if you don't want to sleep during the whole week this is your place. The bathroom has leaks in the sink, the shower doesn't drain the water properly. Most of the furniture was old and hard to open. They need to add a mini fridge at least to get cold water. Don't buy breakfast there is worthless for less or the same amount of money you can get something better. But the worst thing was the attention at the reception, you have people there that are the same as nothing, really bad character, they never offer help or at least they even never try to be kind with the guests.

The staff are definitely not helpful. It’s looked like they were all new at their position. The place is old and smells badly. Also the rooms are not as it’s seems on internet. The bathrooms are awful.

Only the location is good

Room window did not close properly (and it was freezing / snowing). The room was extremely cold. Reception said room couldn’t be warmer (heating settings can’t be changed in your own room). When I insisted, they said they’d change central heating settings. There was no difference. They said they’d misinformed me the first time (when they said room couldn’t be warmer). They offered blankets, but the air was cold. It was uncomfortable to breathe in cold / icy air while trying to sleep. They said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they had electric heaters. They had none. Very bad wi fi connection. There are no telephones in their rooms, and they ignored WhatsApps for hours (when they answered them at all). Very defensively, they claimed we WhatsApped the wrong number (we had used the right one, of course). Noisy staff talking very loudly in corridors.

Chose it for the location. A bit far from the main / nicest area, after all (plenty of people shouting “cambio! / dollars!” right outside).

Great location, excellent customer service, has parking ( very need ) , we're lucky to get an upgrade room with a fantastic lake and Mountain View.
