The gym was too small with just few weights.

Breakfast was great with assortment of pastries, eggs and bacon. Near restaurants and beach. Tour company onsite was nice to have. Easy to communicate with for any reason. Friendly staff and all very helpful!

The restaurant and cafeteria are excellent, lots of options, big portions and all very tasty. Good breakfast option with sweet and salty options (eggs, bacon). The staff is polite and welcoming. You can get information about the city and about tours at the reception, and you can book tours at the hotel. The rooms have a beautiful sea view.

It is strange that there are no signs for the hotel on the building or near the road. Is this a local law? We pulled up and I thought it was either the hotel or a hospital. However, you can’t miss it, the tallest building on the south side of town.

Awesome hotel right across from the beach. All rooms have beautiful ocean views with patios. We ate all our meals in the hotel restaurant which was very good with an excellent staff. We walked the beach every day to see the pink flamingos and even a few penguins. A very relaxing few days in a modern hotel. I would stay again.

This was a disappointing stay and the hotel does not deserve the star rating it has. Check in was difficult - first room was the wrong type, second was quite dirty. No pillowcases and hair all over pillows, sheets stained, extra blanket in closet also covered in hair; when I asked for replacements, I was given wet pillowcases, a duvet with no cover, and another hairy blanket. The room generally needs updating: carpets need a deep clean, curtains are falling down, there is no electrical outlet available in the room (I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone), no coffee/tea amenities provided, wifi did not work at all in room. No furniture on balcony to be able to enjoy the view, and you can't see the sea from inside the room due to the solid balcony wall. A lot of noise passes through the connecting doors. Breakfast is decent, but there is no option for takeaway if you are leaving on very early tours. The hotel location is quite far from the center, so expect a 30+ minute walk each way (longer if you're going to the north end of the center), and there aren't many options for food nearby. You may also always be the first person to be picked up and last person to be dropped off on tours due to this location. I wouldn't return.

Attached spa has very reasonable prices and nice facilities. Some, but not all, of the hotel staff were kind and helpful.

Would have liked an electric jug with tea making facilities in the room but everything else was good

Good breakfast with small choice of hot items but extensive choice of pastries, fruit, cereals, etc Room was spacious with a small balcony looking out to the ocean. Great views. There wasn’t an electric jug with tea or coffee in the room which would have been nice, but apart from that, everything met expectations. Nice spa, pool etc. great massage. Easy to organise tours as there is an agency at the hotel.

Horrible service. Reception had employees who were very rude and had no problem openly arguing with customers. The man working reception, Sebastián, cut me off and began working with other customers.
