I’m not sure why the top rate (not the daily exchange rate) should be charged and the amount should be paid in pesos. I’d like to pay in U.S. dollars by credit card and there should be an option on your machine. Also I don’t like to see any attitude or smirks. Yes, I’m a client. Clients have asks and requests. This should be expected in the hospitality business. Unprofessional.

I am highly allergic against black mold. My room had a bathroom with lots of mold in the ceiling and on the walls. You could smell it. It was 10pm and I have no Internet connection so I couldn’t even look for a different hotel. However, the hotel personal gave me a different room right away and it was clean and mold-free.

The rooms are relatively big and the hotel personal is very supportive and helpful. The hotel is walking distance (ca. 7 min) to the bus station, restaurants and the market.

Great location, 4 blocks from downtown.The room was big. The shower was great, good pressure and hot water. The room has AC too. But they didn’t clean the room 3 days I was there. I had to use the same small towel. Check out is at 10am any time after that you have to pay money.

There was no towels in the room and I had to go asked for them. For 4 nights I stayed there the room was never cleaned or towels refreshed. Sink in the bathroom was broken. They request to pay in cash and can’t give you a change. No service at the front desk at all. About everything you have to ask. Property is old.

Very good location. It’s 3 blocks away from the bus station and Main Street in Puerto Iguazú. So every where I could just walk. Room is big, AC worked well.

Shame breakfast wasn’t available. We had to ask to change rooms as the first offered was above the kitchen with constant loud noise from the fans/cookers below.

In a really good location to walk to other bars and restaurants. Restaurant on site very good. Pool area well done.

The air conditioner next to one of the beds made it difficult to sleep, especially with the missing oscillating panels. The walls were hollow, and noise went through. The bedroom doesn't look like it was built by a professional.

The hotel has a nice staff, not too far from downtown, had an air conditioner that had the oscillating panels missing. but it cooled really well and quietly. Clean sheets and good pillows. The location is worthy for the upscale Italian restaurant next door.

No breakfast, we went to a nearby cafe about 5 blocks away ( walk 10 minutes) I will say this cafe had a very wide variety of food and was a good price. Had a problem with the TV when we were there although staff got it working again.

More sunloungers option of snacks during the day bar open longer hours and a general spruce up to hotel side.

No breakfast offered so no surprises. Room was adequate but tv appeared to be hanging off wall but no matter we didn't need it .it's a pretty place with a quality Italian restaurant in fact we got the impression the restaurant came first and the hotel side was very secondary and in need of TLC. Friendly staff well positioned could be really lovely but for 3 days was quite OK.

The safe was not working and the window of the room could not be locked. The room presented minor defaults (the lamps were loose, holes in the walls, safe not working, no toiletries). Card paiement was not facilitated

The hotel is at a reasonable distance from the park and from the animated street of the village. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The swimming pool was nice.

The staff were excellent, particularly the bartender who made excellent cocktails. The pool was great place to relax and it was easy to get into the town centre.
