We were first in a room on the road - cars were noisy - they changed us and it was great.

We wanted a hotel with free parking, breakfast and located not far from the Bariloche center. Patagonia hotel did meet our needs. The location is within walking distance from the town's main attractions (10-15 min), but the best part were the lake views from our room, terraces and the breakfast floor. The hotel is built on the lakeside of the road. Our room was rather small, but comfortable enough for our 3 night stay. Breakfast buffet had good selection and a great view of the lake. There is a good restaurant on the lowest floor of the building right on the lake shore. Parking could be very tight, but the hotel staff was helpful to ensure we have a spot for our car. I'd recommend the hotel especially if you value the views, have a rental car and don't necessary need to stay in the middle of the town.

somewhat dated but overall an excellent stay. great wifi & water pressure. parking outfront. short walk to center. very clean. huge big rooms right smack on the waterfront with amazing views. huge big breakfast buffet. outstanding service. added bonus is the restaurant on ground floor which is surely one of the best in town.

Rooms need a renovation. The restaurant in the lake level sometimes can be noisy.

There is not 110 volts outlet in the whole hotel , they use 220 volts instead of the 110 volts we use in USA. asked for a inverter or either an adapter but none of the above was available, we where unable to charge our phones until next day after purchasing an adapter in town

The room had two toilets, but otherwise it was rather spartan. The only light in the sleeping area was a stark ceiling light. There were two tiny night tables beside the bed, and the other furniture was just a small wooden table and two hard wood chairs. The room had a view of the lake, but there was noise from people between the hotel and the lake until late in the evening. Overall, we were rather disappointed with the room. We wish we had stayed somewhere closer to the center of town.

Our room smelled after cigarettes. Man at reception did not "believe us". After insisting, he sent cleaning lady to "smell" the room and she confirmed. Anyway, they were not able to change the room 3 days in a row until we simply gave up with the reception. Wifi is a joke - do not expect to work, have skype calls, or anything that requires stable internet connection. It is not about the speed, but it signs your device off every few minutes. Breakfast is okay, but definitely not "rich" or amazing as other rewies suggest. It is normal, and it is from 7:30 (and even that is hard to keep by staff). So if you have an early flight or things to do right from the morning, do not count with breakfast. Fridays and Saturdays are party days - 90% of hotel is with the lake view, where the party happens. Noone told us, so be sure to expect a DJ until 11pm. Pool is nice, but it's open 11am - 9pm The worst possible timing as you probably got much more interesting things to do during your time in Bariloche. Spent 4 days in hotel, did not use it once, as it was closed when we got back from activities. Why is it not open from 8am? Or until 10pm (when there is live music and no one can sleep anyway). No one knows.

Location of hotel is good. It has a garden close to the water, very nice to spend an evening.

Road and elevator noise. AC systems don't work well and showers don't drain. Just needs some simple upgrades in some rooms

Booked and expected a room with a lake view. I could see a corner of the lake over the parking lot. Bed was old and not all that comfortable.

The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. I appreciated free parking, although it was a small lot. View of the lake from breakfast dining area.
