The hotel is beautiful and has a relaxed, stylish vibe. During my stay, everything was clean and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere made it a really comfortable place to come back to after a day out exploring. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff was great, very welcoming. Our Spanish is limited but the staff spoke good English and was very patient with our attempts at spanish. Muchos gracias. The breakfast was terrific, we enjoyed the rooftop Jacuzzi, could have been a little hotter for the season but was very nice. The balcony was also a great place to hang out and read or talk. Great location within walking distance of many great sites, bars and restaurants.

Boutique hotel in Palermo, super nice design and friendly stuff in reception. Rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable,a kettle and free water. Absolutely stunning plants everywhere. Will stay there again if back

The towels did not appear clean. Not sure if this is to with their green credentials? (Notice to use black towel in cases of makeup?) A bit off-putting! Unfortunately there was a power outage on the day we left. Tried to use the internal stairs, but there was no emergency lighting and large items littering the stairs.

Perfect location, beautifully designed, good breakfast and incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. Gave us a great evening dinner recommendation.

We loved our room - incredibly spacious, with very comfortable beds, lots of space to hang our clothes, couches to sit, a nice balcony and a kitchenette to make tea in the evening. As an Italian, I appreciated having a bidet in the bathroom too, and the shower was super powerful. The breakfast buffet is also excellent, with a wonderful choice of sweet and savory dishes and the possibility of getting an omelette or eggs to your liking.

The Palermo neighborhood was accessible but not especially inviting

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, the room was spacious, comfortable, and tasty, with lots of thoughtful details. Breakfast was generous & delicious, we also enjoyed lunch. We were treated like valued guests even after checkout time

Dinner at the restaurant was so-so.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful in planning events and transfers. The breakfast was excellent with eggs, cheese, fruit, and pastries. The rooftop pool while a bit warm was a nice respite from the city. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

Small things - the sink in the bathroom was very shallow and water sprayed everywhere. Didn't alway replenish the towels even when requested. Had to pay for coffee pods in the room - which I have never seen and felt inconsistent. It was annoying to have to manually refill water on the first floor. And breakfast wasn't great, not too many options, ham was sitting out on the plate for a long time, etc.

Loved this hotel! It is a great size, on the smaller side, and pretty quiet. Very modern touches downstairs and the garden/terrace in back is lovely and so peaceful. We had a balcony which we loved. The room was quite large and we were able to add another bed when we had a third person for one night. Great location right in Palermo, which is super safe and has wonderful nearby restaurants. Loved wandering in the morning and grabbing coffee at one of the nearby cafes. The staff was also amazing, always friendly and happy to share recommendations and do what they could to make your stay better.

The pool was very poor and not very clean. You really could not use it

The reception staff were amazing and helped with all our questions on the city and gave us lots of recommendations. Also we had a problem with our uk adaptor and they found a store for us to purchase one. Also helped with problems with our phone.. everyone at the hotel was so very friendly to us.

Seems to have thin floors and ceilings. We could hear our neighbors next door in casual conversation because there is no way to produce white noise. You can't expect everybody to be quiet at all times. Everybody is a guilty of this, including me. I really want a quiet sleeping environment, and this place didn't provide. Nice, quiet neighborhood, but a little out of the way for the most active areas of Palermo. Quick taxi ride to those areas though, and not a bad walk if the weather is nice.

The hotel was cool with a swanky, modern/cool ambiance. Everybody there took great pride in the appearance and upkeep of the property. Modern, clean, and green. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the balcony overlooking the restaurant's outside seating area. Many nice restaurants walking distance. Quiet, but not bad at all. Overall vibes reminded me of my neighborhood in Queens, NYC.

Great location for walking around. Lots of restaurants. Beautiful room. Great shower. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Allowed us to check in early which was fantastic after such a long flight. Little pool on rooftop was relaxing.

The only thing I can think to improve would be the wifi which was intermittent at times.

The staff were exceptional and bent over backwards for us, all were very friendly and accommodating. The dining area was comfortable with a pleasant outdoor garden, the food was good, a nice wine selection, good options for breakfast. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had a nice balcony.
