Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SwitzerlandThe overall hotel is a bit old and might need some renewal works and could be slightly cleaner, view from the room was not so nice. The gym is very small but the bare minimum is in there.
Hotel location was good and central, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast is rich and tasty, you can also order take away coffee or cappuccino and customize your requests. Breakfast is open up to noon which is a blessing over the weekend.

Great hotel and just a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Breakfast was fine but not much warm food - eggs and sausages - but lots of cold choice, juices etc. Fantastic grounds. Great view from window across the river to Brazil and Paraguay

United StatesPillows are terrible. No luggage rack, iron, or tissues in room. Terrible lighting in room and in desk area. TV didn’t work. Shower drain clogged so that the dirty water went over my feet and sink drain slow.
Best location for walking to an early Buquebus. Also close to restaurants in the water, or shopping at Florida or Gallerias Pacifico. King suite is very large. A few setbacks, but nice enough and worth staying here for the location.

Went back to the Lancaster, which I have used many times. The re furbishment is complete, and very nice and more user friendly, (reception, lounge and bar areas all new)Greeted at the door and bags taken up to floor 7 without question. Check in excellent, and no issue about early morning arrival; at 7am, my room was ready and a discounted rate including breakfast, meant I could go to bed after a departure at 3am from Patagonia So, effectively 2 day rate, with drinks and water purchased, was half the price of a room in central London. Remarkable Good room, balcony overlooking Ave Cordoba, excellent breakfast

GermanyThe key card was very unreliable and never worked longer than half a day which was inconvenient at times. It is petty to charge for extra coffee capsules to use the machine.. but these are small things, just suggestions for improvement.
The location was great right in the centre of town and close to all sights and public transport. It is also close to the ecological reserve where I went running in the mornings. The room was large, comfortable with great beds and pillows. The bathroom was spacious and the shower lovely. We liked having a kettle and fridge in the room. We were given a lovely welcome treat of a plate of sweets, which was lovely. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the small gym and the apples and sweets at reception!
