I like the location , also my second time in NH and overall a great experience. The facility is a real 4 stars hotel with a dedicated customer care . The common area are clean , the dining experience at breakfast full of options with very smile and attentive staff.

the rooms are nice, the location of the hotel is excellent. a big plus is the people at the reception who are brilliant. especially the 2 guys at the reception were wonderful and answered all our requests: Brando Suarez and Agustin Ferreiro. it was a wonderful stay

The overall hotel is a bit old and might need some renewal works and could be slightly cleaner, view from the room was not so nice. The gym is very small but the bare minimum is in there.

Hotel location was good and central, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast is rich and tasty, you can also order take away coffee or cappuccino and customize your requests. Breakfast is open up to noon which is a blessing over the weekend.

Our hotel room was very spacious and well laid out but very dark and had poor lighting. The whole hotel had dark walls and dark furnishings and was poorly lite, it was quite old-fashioned, all a bit depressing, really.

Great hotel and just a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Breakfast was fine but not much warm food - eggs and sausages - but lots of cold choice, juices etc. Fantastic grounds. Great view from window across the river to Brazil and Paraguay

Pillows are terrible. No luggage rack, iron, or tissues in room. Terrible lighting in room and in desk area. TV didn’t work. Shower drain clogged so that the dirty water went over my feet and sink drain slow.

Best location for walking to an early Buquebus. Also close to restaurants in the water, or shopping at Florida or Gallerias Pacifico. King suite is very large. A few setbacks, but nice enough and worth staying here for the location.

The breakfast was great. There is fantastic selections of freshly squeezed juices, lemonade, cereals, teas, pastries, cold cuts, etc. I love the aesthetic of the dining area.

My only negative experience; I had a guest for dinner and asked if reception would kindly book a taxi to get him back to Recoleta. “Thats not hotel policy” seemed unhelpful?

Went back to the Lancaster, which I have used many times. The re furbishment is complete, and very nice and more user friendly, (reception, lounge and bar areas all new)Greeted at the door and bags taken up to floor 7 without question. Check in excellent, and no issue about early morning arrival; at 7am, my room was ready and a discounted rate including breakfast, meant I could go to bed after a departure at 3am from Patagonia So, effectively 2 day rate, with drinks and water purchased, was half the price of a room in central London. Remarkable Good room, balcony overlooking Ave Cordoba, excellent breakfast

Would have been nice to be able to watch Netflix on the TV in the room - but this was not a major problem.

Breakfast buffet was really great. Staff new we were on our honeymoon and we were gifted a bottle of wine and some desserts which was very kind. Great location.

The key card was very unreliable and never worked longer than half a day which was inconvenient at times. It is petty to charge for extra coffee capsules to use the machine.. but these are small things, just suggestions for improvement.

The location was great right in the centre of town and close to all sights and public transport. It is also close to the ecological reserve where I went running in the mornings. The room was large, comfortable with great beds and pillows. The bathroom was spacious and the shower lovely. We liked having a kettle and fridge in the room. We were given a lovely welcome treat of a plate of sweets, which was lovely. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the small gym and the apples and sweets at reception!

In fact, the hotel was in progress of renovation. But it is carefully taken care of.

The breakfast was marvelous. Great selection of food and all staff was very nice. There is gluten free section too. I did not include the breakfast but the price was reasonable. Worth trying.
