The staff are great, especially Señora Camila and Señora Celeste. The view from the breakfast lounge is spectacular. I stayed a few extra days just to enjoy that view!

The breakfast didn’t have very tasty options.

For operational reasons, they sent us to the Monaco Hotel, which had an excellent location and a comfortable room.

No individual control over the room temperature that we could work out - you had to ask the front desk to adjust up or down.

Location is very central, older building and room, but very clean and organised. Top floor breakfast room has fabulous views, but we also used it as a lounge in the evening. Wifi doped was reasonable. Shower was hot.

The WiFi/internet is not high speed. Not strong enough for video calling or virtual meetings.

The first room I got smelled of smoke and had almost no light. But as soon as I told the reception, they happily changed my room to a better one on the first floor with big windows to the street and a big bed. This was a nice room for the price.

Mustapic is centrally located and very reasonably priced in a town that is quite expensive. Their breakfast is excellent and I would stay there again if I am ever in Ushuaia again.

The breakfast can hardly be called a breakfast. There were croissants, cheese, ham, bread, apples, coffee, and milk. When something ran out, the staff was very reluctant to refill it. One day they even said they had no cheese available. When I asked for cutlery at the reception to eat some takeaway food, I was told that I couldn’t have any and that it wasn’t allowed to use cutlery in the breakfast area. However, there is no refrigerator in the room.

The staff was not really sympathic and helpful, both at the reception and during the breakfast. The room was small and the bathroom was not very clean.

Sheets were stained and had human hair all over them, I asked for them to be changed which was done, however the new ones which were clean were still past expiration date. Room was close to the staircase so it was loud.

Close enough to town. It’s-a beautiful building just poorly maintained.

The bed was horrifically uncomfortable: I’m talking not even flat type uncomfortable. And the walls were thin. Barely slept a wink as someone decided to have a small party in the room next to me.

very plain rooms, no aesthetic at all. did not like that our room had a direct entrance from the street. it had a double set of doors at least, but still don’t like that.

I can only speak for room 109 but this was an all time low. One one unviable window overlooking an outdoor passageway, and one overhead light in bedroom and bathroom. Mould flourishes below the three tap things at the end of the bathtub that seem to be set to ‘scald’ or ‘freeze’. Meanwhile the heating (no thermostat control) gushed like a furnace set to 11, despite asking reception to turn it down I had to resort to jamming the door open with a shoe all night to let outside air in. Having stayed in other places in Ushuaia, sadly I can’t recommend room 109.

Extremely small room. The door to the bathroom was broken. Only cold water in the shower. Even for Ushuaia it is to expensiv for what you get.
