Specious rooms conveniently located between downtown Calafate and the bus station.

The whole place is dated and lacks love. The floor of the main hallway was obviously dirty and desperately need sweeping. Noice from the lobby carried down the corridors into the not so well soundproofed rooms.

10 min walk from the main market. No other eating options nearby.

They charged us for a glass of water… really bad

Room was good size but basic. Nothing special.

When I asked staff in restaurant for a little ice, she charged me for a small baggie of ice. Had to pay on the spot. I thought this was tacky. Hotel was basic, and a little old. To get to the main town center you had to walk down/up a series of 10 stairways.

The location is good, not in the center of everything but a short walk away. almost a good thing to walk a bit specially after a meal.

The lighting in the room was a bit weak. it could be stronger. not bright enough

Great location - just a short walk from the main bus station and then not too far into the main town either. Our room was huge, and everything was clean. Breakfast was OK and the staff were friendly. Couldn’t really fault it for the price.

Bathroom was a bit dated and there was a small leak on our shower which we reported to reception - didn’t really affect us during our stay.

The stairs going to the first floor was made of wood resulting very noisy with everybody using it.

room outdated, shower head is old and spaying around too much, floors feel weird as if there is plastic lining making noise under the carpet

The walls were not much sound proof so you must keep your voices low especially late at night, otherwise you'll draw complaints from neighbors.

Breakfast is quite appalling - only carbs and no proteins whatsoever, just sweet medialunas, bread, sweet pastry, sweet yogurt :) no eggs or sausage or veggies. Same every day The restaurant during dinner is not great either, it also closes at 10-30pm but when we came back at 10-10pm after the excursion they said the kitchen was already closed, so we had to walk to another hotel 10 away which had it's kitchen open and actually offered great service. The room was not really heated, the radiators very slightly warm to the touch, but since the room was small and we were with kids it was warm enough for us just due to the warms of our bodies. I want to be just, so if you are just looking for a place to sleep, and don't plan on eating there and don't mind it being cool (not cold) - it's a decent place with comfy beds and pillows.

Bed were soft, bathroom has bath, staff were really friendly.

Its not allowed to eat in room, breakfast was littlebit strange for us. They offer much bread.
