One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location and views are almost unbelievably good! The hotel is very comfortable and old-worldly but matches with good service and modernity. Outdoor heated pool was amazing.

The place is unique, I learned a bit about the history of the place, and it is going to be 100 years old in the next decade. I stayed in one of the new, remodeled rooms, it was very nice, comfortable, and have all the amenities expected. The breakfast is abundant. It's in the main salon with great capacity. Everyone was attentive and kind. We had the opportunity to enjoy the "tea hour" and all the pastries and tea were amazing! Super recommended. We loved staying here.

The view from every point of the resort was exceptional. Truly, there are no words to describe. The location was close to wonderful hiking. Delicious breakfast with made to order omelettes. Many activities to keep you busy if you don't want to leave the resort. Conveniently located to day excursions if you want to leave the resort.

Coffee in the room would have been appreciated. The travel agency booked me for several tours which were all good but was not forthcoming about all the options available in the area.

Great location for hiking and close to departure point for boat tours. The breakfast buffet was incredible! The views at this hotel are world class! The swimming pool area was also a huge plus. I used it everyday. The hotel has old world elegance.

I think the management need to review a few things. If you order a glass of house wine at the bar it will cost the equivalent of 14USD. You can buy a bottle of the same wine for 23USD in the same bar. In the bar and at the pool a bottle of Heineken costs 12USD. But under the radar there's a bar in the new Moreno wing that sells craft beer on draught. 9 USD for a half pint and 9.50USD for a pint. Yes, that's not a misprint.

A magnificent grand lodge and a pleasure to stay here. Perched on top of a hill with lakes all around gives every room a wonderful view. Fantastic breakfast. Good food in the restaurants and wine prices that are not a rip-off.

Prices of food and laundry are ridiculous; Reception staff really nice; waiters almost omnoxious. U wait hours to be seated at breakfast; empty tables with views but you can’t sit! All the restaurants are not managed properly!

The price of the food is quite honestly, ridiculous. And in our case, we didn't even like the taste that much. Definitely had much better meals for much less money. Their included breakfast is excellent, but otherwise I'd recommend leaving the resort for dinner. There are great options less than a 10 min drive away.

This is an outstanding hotel, I hope to return again someday. My favorite part was the decor - very tastefully designed. There is a beautiful mountain view around every corner and gorgeous hardwood, brass, and vintage curtains throughout. Everything feels very fancy in a very non-generic way. The room was adorable, huge and very comfortable. A built in wooden closet! A skylight! The heated outdoor pool was the perfect temperature, we loved using the paddle boards in the lake, and all of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. I could have spent a week there, very recharging while also having lots of great hikes and activities nearby.

Judith: very bad service at the patagonia restaurant. very rude and untrained to speak with guests. Wait time was horrible and her hand gestures were a nightmare! The room I got the second time was disappointing as it did not have the same view I had requested. There was a miscommunication/misunderstanding. I felt like a waste of my money and time but the sushi at the moreno cafe and the view from there saved me from feeling greater remorse for choosing this hotel the second time. :) The food at the restaurant was disappointing, given the beautiful setting and the top notch reputation of the hotel. Some gourmet vegan/vegetarian additions in the menu is a must to give it an inclusive touch. The salad, the seaweed dish can do with more flavour. A tossed salad with some dressing is so simple yet such a tasty prep. I wonder why the menu is so boring. A new upgraded chef and gourmet menu is my high recommendation to match all other top class services.

The day I arrived, Antonio at the reception made me feel completely at home. The check-in was smooth, the bell boy was super helpful and guided me to my room and explained the facilities to me very well. Another angel at the reception, Rocio, a complete sweetheart and a gifted, gorgeous young woman was an epitome of kindness and love and compassion. She was a delight to speak to and helped me around the ways and activities of the hotel very well. Omar at the reception & Valencia, the manager were very helpful. Antonio was the overall rescuer for all my needs and room change requests and patiently and lovingly handled my room transitions the second time I stayed at the hotel. Jorge at the patagonia restaurant was just soooooo amazing and held space for me while I dined there the first night, like I was his baby. Super kind and super empathetic!!! What a delight it was to be looked after by him! I missed him the nights after when he was on leave. Arial at breakfasts welcomed me with his huge, cherubic smile everyday and treated me with great care and served me with full delight. I was again treated like his own and that would make my day! The spa experience the second time was a god sent blessing. Sol, the masseuse is divine and she gave me one of the best massages I have ever had in life! She is the 3rd masseuse who made me feel like a baby and gently carressed my body with tremendous love and care. What a blessing! Victoria and Lune helped me a lot to get the right experience and leave with a magical memory in my mind, heart and body! So much love! The stretching class with Mica during my second stay was fantastic!!! The vegan sushi at the Moreno cafe was fantastic!!!!! The room I was given earlier during my first stay had simply gorgeous views of the lake, the mountains and pin-drop silence. I loved every bit of it! It was so spiritual an experience for me to stay there the first time that I cried when saying good-bye to my room. The tango experience was fun!!
