The location was excellent. Walking distance from restaurants, bars and parks. The apartment was very comfortable, with everything available. The daily cleaning was an added bonus. The host as well as the staff were lovely. The rooftop area with Jacuzzi was a nice feature.

All was super

Very communicative owners, atended to every need, even got a new frying pan for the kitchen while I was there. The bed was super comfy, wifi excellent, water pressure great, everything very clean.

The service or instructions around arrival and later the hospitality of Margarita has been far above standard. Information for arrivals has been professional. During stay, she provided actual informations of sightseeing activities. Which we have followed and enjoyed.

The property manager wanted to charge me extra for my daughter when I had already payed Booking for an extra guest. The pictures showed Nespresso coffee machines on the counters, which make you think they would provide you with capsules, but no it seems they are there just for show. That being said, everything else was great :) Highly recommend this property

Beautiful, small boutique hotel. Roomy, w/ kitchen and living room. Great location, near popular party street, with many restaurants. Walkable to many parks/squares etc. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and available 24/7 via WhatsApp for questions/concerns. I’d definitely stay here again… just wish it had laundry.

Unfortunately the terrasse and the hot tub on the roof were under construction (which was not communicated) and therefore the price quality ratio was not the best.

Everything was great!

Clean and very friendly staff. The location was amazing. You can have perfect breakfast just a few meters away. All restaurants are right there.

The location is amazing! One block from Aristídes street. The apartment is exactly like the photos and Margarita and Emilio are great hostesses!

The couch was not very comfortable, it has a wooden frame under the seating that makes it difficult to sit for long.

The bed and bedding were amazing! Margarita was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us. The loft studio #6 had a lovely view and was very quiet. We were in apartment 2 initially but Margarita moved me at my request due to an issue with courtyard noise during the day.

The location is very central, but the drawback is the noise you hear from that party drag A. Villanueva, which is right around the corner.

We arrived early, the cleaning lady let us in, but we had to wait a few hours before we got the key and could move in. The loft (#5) has great views over the roofs and the Andes beyond. The rooftop with the jacuzzi (use is included when renting one of the lofts, #5 or #6) is very nice. #5 is the best option because it faces the sunset and the mountains.

We were surprised by a few little things that we had taken for granted given the price. Shampoo/shower gel were not provided, and there was no hair dryer. And we couldn't use the Nespresso coffee maker as no capsules were provided and the little supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood didn't sell them, either - so make sure to bring these things. Also make sure that you discuss beforehand how and how much exactly you must pay as credit cards are not accepted and paying in ARS incurs additional costs. Also make sure that you have access to Whatsapp to receive check-in instructions before your stay.

It's a very spacious and modern apartment with a safe garage for the car. We loved the lively neighborhood (don't miss eating at República Arístides around the corner!!) and found the beds very comfortable. The kitchen has a range of dishes and tools, and dish washing liquid and a sponge are provided, too.

Small comment - no shower gel, shampoo, conditioner provided. The one small thing that we were disappointed about was the hot tub did not get hot - although now we see this is only open 5months a year according to the booking.com description, so cannot really fault on this.

Great location for restaurants etc. Owner was lovely, and very helpful. The room was superb, very comfortable, good kitchen area and living space with connected TV. The upstairs/outside area would be lovely in the summer.
