Mario was super helpful and gave us a lot of tips of what to do around and how to commute in the city. The place is well located and near of loads of sight seens and bus stops, plus the metro in right in front of the building!! The bedroom was really spacious and the bathroom was always clean and was huge too.

Mario is an outstanding host and always there to help. Felt very well looked after. Room was very nice, place was spotlessly clean and very well located to explore most of the city by foot. Very convenient mix of b&b and shared flat vibe (use of kitchen to cook for yourself etc.)

I loved my stay at La Casa de Lola. The BnB is set in a beautiful old building with high ceilings and wooden floors, next to Palacio Barolo. Rooms are very beautifully decorated and super comfortable. A great place to relax from a day of sightseeing. There's also a shared kitchen which guests can use. Breakfast is delicious, with a good selection of food, eggs, fresh juice etc. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome here. He also provided many useful tips. The location is great, amidst beautiful old buildings, and I could reach most sights on foot. As the cherry on the icing, I could see Palacio Barolo from my small balcony. The shared bathrooms were spotlessly clean at any time. I highly recommend this place!

Taxi in the area are hard to navigate. Not the fault of the property or its owners.

Very clean. Mario is very friendly and accommodating. He made sure every detail was taken care of and provided additional assistance as needed. I thought sharing a bathroom would be weird, but it feels like you are just at a friend’s house. Fantastic find!

Situated in an unparalleled inner city location and housed in an iconic historical building with lots of character, this spellbinding property is close to everything, but nothing comes close to its beauty and charm. The exuberant, somewhat over-the-top paintings and decorations contribute to this place's uniqueness. Andrea and Mario were the perfect hosts. Their hearty welcome made me feel at home: safe, secure, and comfortable. I will savour my memories of La Casa de Lola for a long time to come.

I usually do not do reviews. But after staying here, I felt they deserved a review Very helpful host, from before we arrived until after we left. Anything you need Andrea & Mario will sort it out for you. Fantastic accommodation, with character & beautiful facade. High ceilings, French balcony with views of the colonial architecture surrounding this building. Modern decor equivalent to a 5 star hotel. Your stay here will not be disappointed.
