Note that there's no mini-fridge in the room. We filled our bottles with clean cold water from the machine in the middle floor. Also, no air conditioning. Our room was with a lake view which is amazing but can be a little hot because of the sun. Wouldn't recommend being here in the sunmer time.

The staff was very nice and the location is amazing! Right in the center of all good things (chocolate stores, lake in a walking distance, and the plaza as well)

The guy who was working at the reception was very rude, completely unwilling to try to speak English to us using phrase „speak in Spanish” and nothing more. The other guy who made the check in for us was very friendly and helpful though.

Ok breakfast but in a hotel I anticipate a bit better breakfast (add egg, or an alternative bread). Price was a bit higher at arrival than on booking.

Stayed 3 nights here. Entrance is up a old arcade which we were a bit concerned about. However once we met Juan Manuel at reception we knew we had booked the right hotel. He is a lovely guy who goes out of his way to assist you in any way he can. We had a room with a view over to the lake which was beautiful. Older style rooms but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and nice. Would recommend to those wanting a good value hotel in the heart of bariloche

We are arrived in hotel early night and asking to pay in cash. Administrator ask for $54000 peso, but price on Booking was $42 USD. I didn't mention this, because was very exhausted, but then I realise it was to late. Please be careful and double check the amount.

We arrived before 7 am. They arranged to have a room cleaned as soon as possible for us to move in way before check-in time, and even offered a free breakfast while we waited! Both desk and breakfast staff were so kind and sincere. Highly recommended!

Very poor communication between staff and poor customer service. Had an early bus and I said upon check in that I’ll be checking out early - just before 6am. I was told no problem and there’ll be a coffee waiting as I’ll be missing the included breakfast. When I came down there were no staff at reception (or anywhere else in the hotel) and all exit doors were locked, including the emergency fire door. I ended up having to shout and make noise from the ground floor to try and get someone to hear me. A man came down about 15mins later. Terrible experience and almost missed my bus to Chile. I dread to think if there was a fire or medical emergency and people can’t get out of the building.

Overpriced and worth noticing that they add 10.000 Pesos if you're paying cash. Some insect in the room bit or stung me multiple times and it weren't mosquitos. Wi-Fi runs very instable.
