The breakfast is amazing. They cleaned our room even when we missed the cleaning period time. The staff was super friendly and even gave us complementary drinks in our restaurant reservation

Staff was super attentive, always open to help beyond our expectations. They offered to book restaurants for us and also help a lot by storing my cousin luggage, even them no been hosts in the hotel.

The staff was so helpful. They really enjoyed going out of their way to answer all our questions about where to go for meals and what to see in BA. Also held an improvised Mate tasting. You could really tell they enjoyed giving the service.

Hotel staff was great! A young staff, with great insight on cool places to visit and eager to chat, know what kind of stuff we were looking for and accommodate accordingly. It really made our whole stay in Buenos Aires that much better.

Everything …the facilities, rooms, value for money and the most important jewel in the Ilum crown is the staff. They were so helpful , patient, informative , friendly …I could go on. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was located in a super cute neighborhood with so many good restaurants, bars, and cafes near by. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving endless recommendations and taking care of so many booking details for us for tours, transfers, and overall city guidance.

In our Booking reservation, it clearly stated we would be charged in US$. But at the hotel, they refused to charge us in US$ and charged us in AR pesos, using a disadvantangeous exchange rate (based on the "buying" rate, instead of the international exchnage rate of the day). Then, our credit card used another exchange rate to charge us in Canadian $. The hotel should provide a final price in pesos, in the Booking reservation, if they wish to charge us in pesos.

Beautiful hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Oir bedroom was large enough for our family (2 adults ans 1 child), the beds and pillows were comfortable. Our room was facing the pool and ot was very quiet. The breakfast buffet had many different options and it was delicious.

The staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful! The pool area was lovely to come back to at the end of the day for a dip to cool off. The beds were so comfortable and the room was quiet. Can’t fault it! We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff is simply super! Matias, Gonzalo, and Denise were especially lovely. They really went out of their way to care for us. The location is super! The neighborhood is so great! Very walkable. The hotel is spotless. They give you refillable water bottles, and exchange them with fresh water daily. The pool is pristine. The AC is cold. Breakfast is good, with many options for vegan, vegetarian, GF, and meat eaters. This hotel is just great!
