Bathroom sink faucet in Room 307 has to be turned on very carefully or the water will explode all over everything. Television only worked for streaming services.

TV did not work (room 208). One of the two elevators was broken. Large groups get preferential treatment in the restaurant, while the other guests are lucky if they can even find seating. Manager berated staff member in front of guests (Saturday March 8 in the morning). Shower leaks onto bathroom floor even with door fully closed. The maid acknowledged this is an ongoing problem, assures the guests they did nothing wrong. No water glasses in room. Bring some bottled water or buy from the kioscos and markets next door.

Great price, room had everything I needed, no extras that I have to pay for but never use. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed. Room maintained comfortable temperature. Excellent location. 110 volt outlet (U.S. standard) available in room. Safe in room. I've stayed here many times. Good restaurants nearby. Never had a bad experience, but as this is a budget hotel, don't arrive with unrealistic expectations. Will return.

Sufficient and varieties of clean towels , tooth brush , napkin papers , hot water kettle to boil water to drink would be better to keep in room would be better

Breakfast is good , room is ok , location is very good . However. Small Towels , tooth brush , papers , water and boiling kettle would be better to provide . Staffs behavior is extremely nice. We have initially booked for two nights however due to staffs nice behavior we extended two more days .

This particular room was small and extremely basic, but it might have been an outlier in quality, selected for low noise and great view. No coffee-machine, refrigerator, or similar (though TV). The bed was old, the thin mattress barely refugee-camp quality; however we slept incredibly well in it. In general, this hotel appears to be in need of renovation and renewal.

Fantastic location by el Congreso and 25 May Park. Hotel staff was really helpful. They showed us how to get the VAT refund from the government. We were able to safely walk most everywhere important in Central B.A. from here. The restaurant was very convenient and good, though pricey compared to the street.

there is nothing to but in the fridge nit even water if you need anything you have to go down and ask for it they don’t provide you room service for that I was really tired bcz had a hectic day and when I called the reception asking for mineral water they told me that there was no room service so I should go down and pay them and collect water or anything else myself so I just slept dehydrated
