There was nothing we didn’t like. Very fond memories.

There’s a lot to like about this lovely hotel, marvellously located just off the Plaza 9 Julio. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Since we extended our stay, we were even shown a couple of rooms to see if we preferred them, instead. Super, clean bathrooms with hot showers. The breakfast is very good, perhaps the most complete ensemble of our three weeks’ travelling, so far. All sorts of options to start your day; scrambled eggs, pastries, cereals, fruit, continental. We really enjoyed our time here. Good WiFi. Sad to leave their hospitality.

I love everything except when you check in early or late, because of your flight it seems like they charge you for the whole day.

This hotel was a part of history. The architecture was amazing. It's an old Spanish building the floors are shiny dark brown and walls were colorful tiles w/ wooden beams. The rooms were average in size. Some rooms have 2 twin beds some have queen beds. Some have nice views Some have no views. The front desk were very good at giving what you asked. The breakfast was also amazing w/ a view of the plaza.

Excellent location. The square is very lively with good restaurants and an outdoor pedestrian shopping mall. It is an old building, yet fully renovated with modern facilities. It is a 20 min drive from airport .

Rooms are small. Not a lot of space when travelling 2 adults and luggage. Was just an overnight stop so was fine for that.

Perfect location in the very centre of the city. Nice colonial architecture with a unique style. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff at the reception. Did not use the swimming pool but was told it’s not heated.

A very old and historical looking building on a lovely, vibrant square in Salta. Our room was fairly small but clean and the bed was comfortable. A good breakfast was available and the breakfast room is in a nice position overlooking the square.

The details I disliked were the small size of the rooms and especially the small size of the double bed. Some noise experienced because of the limited insulation.

Hotel Salta is a very good and highly recommended property ideally located in the center of Salta and close to all interesting historical sites on foot. It has an enclosed and absolutely safe parking lot offered by its guests. The breakfast is good, although lacking more diverse options. The hotel personnel is very welcoming and ready to help. Visitors to Salta will be happy with the choice of this hotel. The bonus of the rooms were the bathrooms that had a real shower hose, such a rare occurrence in Argentina as a whole and the possibility to use a room with desktop computers.
