How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very meagre breakfast. Dry, carbs only. No fruit or protein.
Great location - only 2 blocks from the bus terminal but in a quiet spot.

No variety at breakfast, but it was ok. Bathroom floor got wet after shower. Hot water takes long time.

Small room. Mosquitoes in the room when we opened it.
Decent room. Spacious washroom. Good places to take portraits inside the hotel as there are trees and stuff.

The floors were a little dirty when we arrived but it wouldn’t be a problem if you’re the kind of guest that keeps their shoes on in the room

I didn't like my pillow and ask the reception to change it. They changed the following day.
Location was quite convenient. Close to the bus station. The room was large and the bes were confortable. Large bathroom. Good air conditioner.

Noisy street. Screaming school girls. As in most of Argentina, come prepared to deal in Spanish.
Handy to good restaurants like La Rueda.. Nice neighborhood. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. This is a bare bones booking. No frills. Ask for a room away from the busy front road. They provide ample shampoo and conditioner.

In general I would say it's more like a hostel than a hotel, hence the convenient price, anyway it didn't disappoint me at all, I'm saying this just for your information. The breakfast was very basic and only sweet, fair for the price, and the staff allowed me to keep some fruits in their fridge for breakfast! We found some tiny ants by the TV but they weren't harmful at all, it was just because of the hot and humid weather. For 2 days there was only lukewarm water, on the 3rd day there was only hot water, funnily enough! Not too much of a nuisance to me, considering the hot weather. The toilet didn't smell nice so I recommend keeping the toilet door always closed.
Very kind staff who agreed to wait for us till 3am due to a delayed flight! Super useful dehumidifier was working well. Couldn't find any mosquitos or other harmful insects (as long as you always keep the windows closed). Location is super convenient, walking distance from the bus terminal (where you get a bus to the waterfalls). Comfortable bed. Kind staff handled my requests promptly. The place seemed clean to me! The room was spacious enough for a short trip to visit the waterfalls (either side, Argentinian or Brasilian). Furniture was basic but I guess you won't stay for many days anyway. They also provided soap, shampoo and conditioner (and hairdryer upon request). Quiet room, really appreciated! Good value for money!

Perfect for a trip to the Falls. Very close to bus station and main town for food/shops. Would recommend for a short stay.

The breakfast was simple but fits our needs. The hosts were very friendly and willing to accommodate with our early schedule. The location was excellent! Close to everything! That was the main reason that we choose the place.

Double bed is very small (140 x 200cm). Curtains doesn't block much light and all the lights in the patio is on, so don't forget to bring your sleep mask. It is old and therefore it doesn't feel clean. Shower has no curtain, so the whole bathroom gets wet. Would be nice to have a table/chair where you can put stuff on. There is a old moldy closet for the clothes.
Convenient location, near the bus terminal. Shampoo, conditioner and soap available. Airconditioning works well, but a bit noisy. We stayed here one night, so we could drop our baggage and visit Cataratas de Iguazú on the Argentinian side. We were earlier and they allowed us to check in earlier.

Furniture and bedsheets are old. The cleaning didn’t come on the second day
