Just know it can be noisy, you can hear sounds from other rooms. But that is the only minus!

The staff was very kind and helpful, this made our stay really lovely! The rooms are clean and comfortable, just know it can be a little noisy. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and close to the main street as well as Laguna Nimez. We would absolutely recommend Miyazato Inn for a visit in El Calafate!

Eli was incredibly helpful for our stay and for giving advice for our onward journey! The room was comfortable and as expected. When our friends down the street as well as the bus station had no running water, Hosteria Miyazato Inn still did.

It was a little Impersonal. Not helped by our lack of Spanish. Breakfast was somewhat disorganised.

The location was good for the main town and the room was a good size

I wouldn’t say there were things I disliked. It’s very simple, modest and humble.

Staff was helpful and nice. 15 minute walk to the center of town. Quiet and remote area next to the Nature Reserve. The guests were older and nice (not a party atmosphere) which was perfect.

There were a few signs of things wearing out. The door handle came off our door, the radiator leaked and needed draining. Nothing serious, and Elizabeth got things fixed as quickly as she could.

The Inn has a great location just 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre and from the nature reserve on a quiet street in a nice neighbourhood. Rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. There is a comfortable sitting area downstairs. Breakfast was good with coffee, ham, cheese, eggs, bread, jam, cake, and was available early enough to mean you could get to the Perito Merino Glacier and be the first to enter the park (top tip, the park doesn’t open till 8am and the entrance is about a 35 minute drive away. You then have to drive a further 23 km to get to the glacier. You can buy tickets online or at the entrance). Elizabeth was available to help with anything and make suggestions about the town. If you’re looking for a nice coffee shop go to Cafe Brown just around the corner. It is off the beaten track and great. Best meal we had was at Buenos Cruces - excellent food at a reasonable price.

A little bit of minor: you can only pay in local cash or dollars, which is a considerable amount and you may not have it with you, or via Paypal. And if you don't have Paypal, it also becomes a big problem. In addition, when paying with Paypal, the price increases by a little more than 5 percent. All of this could perhaps be avoided if the hotel provided information in advance about possible payment methods. In our case, this was not done.

Location, peace, safety, cleanliness. Traditional but delicious breakfast (very tasty scrambled eggs, cheese, ha, etc). Good coffee :) And very close to the city center.

The property offers basic accommodation with minimal room amenities. Though not fancy, it is very clean and quite cozy. Convenient location just about 10 minute walk to the center.

Drainage in the shower is really poor. Once the shower gets going, basically no water drains and it takes several minutes for it to full drain after you turn the water off. Not sure if they have clogged pipes or something, but it was pretty gross showering in standing water. Bathroom also gets really smelly (maybe from the shower drain) and we had to constantly air it out. On a separate note, adding some eggs to the breakfast would make SUCH a huge difference (especially for those who are vegetarian -- we need protein too!). Giving it an 8/10 because we had a good stay otherwise, but definitely the bathroom situation needs remedy.

Elizabeth was such a lovely person! The hotel is very cute and cozy, and the wrap-around windows let in a lot of natural sunlight. There are some scattered pictures here and there of her family, which is very sweet to see. Our room was pretty comfortable and we got good sleep every night. It does get a bit stuffy, but we were able to open the windows and get some airflow in. Water pressure in the shower was awesome and hot water was consistent. Breakfast in the morning is very simple, but nice. The pancakes were a really nice touch. Location is great; all you have to do is walk a few minutes until you get to a little footbridge over the creek and you're basically in the center of town. Super convenient. Also only about 10-15 minutes' walk from Laguna Nimez, where you can do some birdwatching. There's also a very sweet kitty on the premises named Tempura :).

The dogs barking at night were loud but I think you hear that everywhere in Calafate no matter where you are

The most welcoming owner, really lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us. Breakfast was good and the place was clean, comfortable beds and secure access. Wifi was decent too, a little out of town but close enough to walk in for dinner

Shower curtains were a bit dirty, though probably from being a bit old. Very expensive for the value it offers, though this may be true of all Calafate hotels. May have to book an AirBnB next time, to save some money.

Great location. Homey and safe environment. Good service and breakfast included. Effective WiFi. Monica (staff) is awesome and super helpful.

The wooden room was comfortable and quiet atmosphere. But you might need some "trick" to close the door at bathroom ^)

We stayed for 4 nights. It was super convenient, located less than 10 minutes’ walk from the city. Elizabeth, the owner, was really nice. She helped us with tour reservations and taxi arrangements. (in Japanese, English and Spanish available) The hotel is very cozy and feels like coming home, we actually loved it!
