Staff hard to find at the time when needed information. No English speaking even basic words.

Nice isolated place far from centre. Room comfortable and good in size. Clean.

The location is not that great as mention on website. It is far from the center and not on a walkable distance. Not worth spending 20000 pesos per night.

The kitchen was absolutely disgusting, with rotting food everywhere. The fridge was not usable because of this. The wifi connection was also really bad. Also the staff was rarely there if you needed help and there were issues on the price they asked for which wasn’t what was shown on our booking reservation.

The house is pretty, and the room spacious. The price point is also good.

The wooden floor made so much noise when people walked upstairs throughout the night and couldn't sleep well

Rooms and ammenities are very basic. Beds weren’t the most comfortable and shared bathrooms were very average. Location wise it’s a little further out but still walkable and fine. Had to pay in cash with no option for card.

Offered wifi that worked well for the most part. It’s one of the cheaper options in el calafate for a reason.

Not a chance to get sleep at all as this hostel was so loud . They say quiet time is 11 but things are loud past then. Then music starts at 8am . We slept maybe 4 hours a night. And good thing we had sleeping mats because the beds were so hard. Mine smelled of sweat . Bring your own toilet paper too .

Location was okay . Staff was really nice and extremely helpful . We really cannot say enough good things about how kind the staff where.

The men bathroom was a disaster, where wasn't a toilet site and they didn't clean it up since the day we got there and it's a sher bathroom. The lights didn't work so good luck pee there at night

Not that room what I reserved, no soap, no towel, warm radiators 24h/d (when open window- mosquitos inside), in kitchen and fridge was mess, sticky and dirty plates/knives/forks, WiFi very slow and sometimes locked

The pillows are very dirty , never seen anything like it, I was booked for a room with 2 beds I got a room with 5 beds ,not a big deal, but the room is not super clean, the toilet is broken, the shower curtain is very dirty, the bathroom was cleaned tho. the internet only works in the lobby in overall for the money I paid , I think it's not worth it.

- No toilet seats on any of the toilets - Toilet did not flush at all in one of the female bathroom stalls and in the only male bathroom stall - No soap in the bathrooms - Carpets are only cleaned superficially and under the bed not at all. We brought the latter to their attention after we moved the twin beds together and they cleaned it right away - You can clearly hear sounds coming from the common area when in the bedroom. Staff generally leave music playing in the common area which does not get switched off even after midnight. We did switch it off however - The kitchen is very poorly equipped with few pots and pans (and most of them missing handles) and few cooking utensils. People often had to queue to use the same pan - There were no allocated spaces in the fridge so it was always chaotic

- Just outside of city centre and very close to Laguna Nimez - Clean bed sheets - Shower had hot water and good pressure - Miicka, one of the staff members, was super warm and welcoming

The attention was really bad. When we arrived they mentioned we can ONLY pay by cash they did not accept even a bank transfer. They did not want to respect the price that was accorded by booking. Then the owner Raquel said we have to pay the price that we had in Booking with the taxes but only cash. FYI this is completely unfair they request cash and taxes but they do not declare that income money so why the taxes? We requested a receipt and the owner denied. Very very bad attention and absolutely wanted to get advantage of the tourists. Be aware of what you pay and my suggestion is if you are in doubt ask another Argentinian tourist for sure they will be able to give you an advise.
