Nothing in particular that could damage their reputation. Breakfest is not as good as it is in a hotel, bun did not disappoint. Place is very good tho.

The hostel is located in a great location, close to anything you need and main places in town (shops, markets, pharmacy, restaurants and bus stop 55 to Cerro Catedral ski area). the staff is the best in the world. Very helpful, fun and friendly people. Also nice atmosphere and ideal for a good talk to other guests.

A couple of facilities could do with an update - for example the shower opposite room one barely functions so I had to keep waiting for the other one.

Loved this property, the views from my room and the communal balcony are just epic. Very roomy and spacious common area so you can either chill or connect with other travellers. Breakfast each morning is simple but exactly what you need. Super friendly and helpful staff!!

It's not only the fantastic view but also the amazing staff! Mari and Jesus were adorable and everyone else was friendly and helpful, too! The bathrooms as well as the kitchen get cleaned daily and are very well taken care of. Kudos to the cleaning ladies and staff!! The mattress was causing me some back pain and when I asked to change the bed they offered to change the mattress instead which helped tremendously. I did sleep like a baby after that. I've stayed in a few hostels and can say that this has been the best experience for me. The staff works there for years and they like what they're doing and it shows. Keep it up and I hope to come back for a third time!

Load a sube card at the airport if you can! Local shops run out of sube money so you may spend some time walking to many kioskos to take public transit. We were there over a holiday so shop closures also made this hard.

The people we met were just as excellent as the view! Staff were helpful and accommodating, and the NYE party was a great touch! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Bed in private room is a little small for two people. Could have opted for a hotel instead, but appreciated the staff help to navigate hiking options.

I wish the top bunk had some kind of headboard! Was difficult to chill in bed when you can't rest your head on anything! But to be fair I hung out a lot in the gorgeous common areas as a result and that view.... so no complaints!

Amazing location in town, best view of anywhere. The people running this hostel are superb. Very friendly and accommodating. I could not have asked for more helpful staff, it really made a huge difference for me on the days I stayed here. The bread served at breakfast is delicious. I appreciated the large group kitchen with an organized system. The balcony is incredible. Super cozy communal area with great wifi. Overall just excellent.

Gorgeous views out all of the windows, great homemade bread each morning for breakfast. The staff went over and above. Really fun atmosphere. Perfect location in the middle of town. We are very grateful for our stay and would stay again.

The water pressure of the shower is not really good, and the facility does not provide shampoo or shower gel (although I don't know if that was an "unfair" expectation from my side - if they do that in other places)

Everything you could ask for. The staff was great and really eager to help you and propose you activities / places in this lovely area. The ambient was very relaxed and all guests behaved properly. The facility offers a pretty decent breakfast in a room where you can meet with other guests. It also organises activities (in my case, "wine tasting") with the same purpose. Needless to say it's very clean and well taken care of. Bonus point: I updated my playlist with groovy Argentinian songs.

Everything. It was a cozy and lovely environment. Staff and people were very friendly and welcoming. The view was the best. Breakfast, showers and rooms were clean and in perfect condition. The staff helped can speak perfect English and they provide a lot of information and assistance. Undoubtedly I will come back to this place.

Private rooms don't have a private bathroom too, but even the shared bathrooms are clean and comfy.

This is by far the best hostel I've ever stayed in. I had a cozy and comfy single room. The common area is separated from the rooms by either the kitchen or multiple doors, so you can choose to be social or relax in a quiet room, it's very nice. The common area is also super cozy with lots of tables, outlets, games, books, etc., and it's a social atmosphere where it's easy to chat with other guests or meet people to go on hikes with. Also the kitchen is big, super functional, and it's another place where I met friends from the hostel.
