Flow in the breakfast area is not well designed

Great location, pleasant staff, clean, good breakfast and pleasing design throughout (lobby and room) even the elevator was designed to show the beautiful vista of Lake Nahuel Huapi.

The rooms and bathrooms are small but anyways we spent majority of the daylight outdoors exploring.

Hampton by Hilton Bariloche has a very good location in the city and is a surprisingly quiet stay at upper floors facing lake. Walking distance to the main streets for cafes, restaurants, and the famous Bariloche chocolate shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we had beautiful views to the Lake Nahuel-Huapi. Breakfast was good and plentiful buffet style with barista drinks, fruits, juices, pastries, cereals, eggs, meats and hot foods. There is a garage option to park the car during our stay at a good value per night and attached entry to the hotel, it has 24hr surveillance. Check-in at hotel first to receive a voucher for the garage staff to give you an entry/exit card. We would stay here again.

Excellent location - short walk to the main square. Excellent English-speaking staff - this was the best part of our stay. The staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly. 3 specific examples: 1. We arrived when the restaurant was about to close and the front desk called them so they could fix us up a meal we could take to our room. 2. While we were out and about, we texted the front desk with questions about the public bus service and they replied immediately. 3. We were leaving for a very early flight and the kitchen made us a breakfast bag to go. Facilities and amenities are up to the Hilton standard.

Couldn't fault this hotel. We had a room on the top floor with lake views (which I think we were upgraded too as it was part of our honeymoon trip) The views were stunning. The room was lovely and the staff were super friendly and really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The included breakfast was one of the best we have had travelling through Argentina (breakfasts are basic but they had eggs, fresh bread, fruit, coffee ect)

The rooms can be too hot and you have to sleep with air conditioner on. The shower is really small and you cannot turn around comfortably.

The hotel is located really cool, a few steps from the center, yet on a quiet street with an awesome view of the lake. The price is quite good compared to other hotels in the area. The bed is very comfortable and two different pillows are a nice option. The staff went above and beyond to help. There is no private parking included in the room price, but we used the street parking which was free from 8 pm to 8 am.

everything was expected and cannot put a fingure on anything which I can say did not like.

One of the most efficient room service managers, Lauta, was exceptional. Spent a lot of time explaining a lot of things around the hotel and things to do in Bariloche. Room was very nice with a great view. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety.

I asked for a wake-up call and didn't get it. The desk person seemed kind of confused, because I had to repeat the time, my room number and the fact that I needed a taxi the following morning.

The location was excellent and the room was decently clean. It had a good a/c, and the view was great (facing the lake).

Maybe the little fridge in the room could get colder? I turned it to MAX cold and it was barely colder than room temperature, so don’t count on it for milk or beer!

We asked for rooms next to each other or at least close to one another, but they had us spilt on different floors. We originally had a king room w/o A/C when we booked a room with A/C. Front desk was not very accommodating and we had to escalate to managers to have problem resolved by moving us to a room that DID have A/C, that took 2 days...

Excellent location and proximity to city center. Great restaurant at the hotel. It is not room service though, you have to order ahead of time and go downstairs to get it.
