Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomLocation is a kind of a compromise that's too close to the main route through the East of BA. We thought the Alvear Palace was better placed, and had the history too. We booked the hotel partly on its name and partly on the photos of the lovely old building featured online and which we never entered.
Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They advised us to go to a restaurant for dinner which was fantastic, and we went there twice as a result. Greta rooms and a lovely pool with nice relaxing surrounds.

United States$ outrageously expensive. $100 for breakfast for 2. Scrambled eggs fruit yoghurt. Miserable cheap iron in room which was useless. In an 8 night stay they held two receptions in the old house.one a wedding the other a business gathering. Noisy loud music made pool afternoon stay uncomfortable and into our room.. Not what you would expect. Cheap.

CanadaThe property is beautifully located in Recoleta. We typically stay in Palermo SoHo but we’re so happy to explore and walk the beautiful streets of recoleta. There are so many shops and cafes, art galleries and restaurants to pop into. The staff at the four seasons are truly incredible. Thank you Joel, Thomas and Frederico for your amazing attention to detailing and warm welcome. The pool is perfect for an afternoon siesta and the rooms are very comfortable as you would expect from the consistent quality of the four seasons
