This is the second time that I stay in this hotel for my trip in Buenos Aires. I really recommend it ! The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is good, in the centre of Buenos Aires. The personnel is very kind. Special thanks to José from the reception who was very kind and made sure that my stay in the hotel was perfect ! My thanks also to Cristian from the reception as well.

Very nice location with walking distance to popular attraction sites. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic with hot scrambled eggs and pies as well as many pastries, fruits.

The check-in time is 15:00; however, when I requested an early check-in for 11:00, I was informed this could be arranged for an additional USD $52 or guaranteed for USD $104. Upon declining the surcharge, my room was not ready until 15:30. Staff offered to store my bag in the interim, which I accepted, returning at 14:00. I have a knee issue awaiting replacement, so I needed to rest it and waited in the lobby until 15:30. This is the first time I have been asked to pay a surcharge for early check-in.and the only negative and disappointment to a lovely hotel.

**Location:** The hotel is ideally situated just 6 blocks from the iconic Obelisk of Buenos Aires, a short 10-minute walk to this famous landmark. **Room Experience:** My room overlooked the road, yet it was remarkably quiet, providing a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Large windows allowed for a light, airy ambiance while enjoying the city views. **Staff ** arranged a breakfast bag to go, as I had an early start to airport.

No free coffee in the room. There is coffee but it's part of the minibar. However, they do have a small hotel restaurant that you can purchase coffee.

The staff was very accommodating when we arrived early and wanted a little later checkout; had an issue with the AC and hair dryer, which were fixed right away. Great roof top area to sit with a beautiful view. Excellent location. I'd book this place again.

We enjoyed our spacious and clean room with a wonderful view over the very large and vibrant 9 de Julio Avenida. The staff was warm and friendly. It was a great location for walking around and is very close to many restaurants. The upstairs terrace has a small pool and an expansive view. The towels and pillows are older and thin. On a busy street, with some homeless people in the green space across from it. Windows do keep out most street noise. Some noise from tv in next room.

The staff are amazing, friendly, professional, and even packed us a breakfast on our last morning because we had to leave at 4am. The breakfast buffet is extensive with several hot options, fruit, meat, cheese and many pastries. Location is close to most attractions. We could walk everywhere.
