Incredible location and views, a truly ski-in ski-out access. Cleared ski runs are a bit short, yet ski touring through the old-growth forest above the cabin is incredible. A small but well-equipped spa with an outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Israelthe location... you have at least 20 minutes of gravel uphill road, without car(a good one) a little difficult to reach the place, but the hotel can arrange ride from the closest airport if you need.
the place is wonderful, very quiet and peaceful in summer, excellent for couples. is was no snow so the place was half empty so very very quiet, the staff super helpful and nice, the room like the description, the view excellent and the breakfast not a continental one but with enough options.

Perfect tasty varied breakfast. Lots of fruits, buns, different types of ham, pies, scrambled eggs. Great view of the volcano from our apartment. Well equipped and stylish apartment!

ArgentinaMy overall score is very critical and the feedback is pointed directly at the management interface between pendientes, their security and el Refugio. These three companies share the same common ares and do not have a bridging agreement with each other that allows for a smooth transition through the property. Confusing directions from staff, siloed jobs do not allow for clients to get answers they need, moreover the security does not have a good handle on how to manage transit up and down the mountain as well as giving clear instructions on who to meet and where. Without clear guidance and continuity a client feels frustrated with their experience. The facilities are the best in the region, but if the management of those facilities do not improve it will prevent the area from keeping a high rating and an attractive destination
Location was spectacular, for people that Ski Chapelco this location is ideal, it cuts down on time to get to the ski area and back allowing for more economic use of time. Loved having restaurant nearby, I would suggest an earlier breakfast opening.
