The room doors closed relatively loudly no matter if you tried to be quiet or not, so they might wake someone up if they're sleeping in or early to bed.

The staff were excellent. Super responsive and accommodating. The location was great - right in Palermo on a mostly quiet street. The room was simple, but clean. The sitting area was super relaxing. The spa was a nice feature.

Delightful hotel, charming “faded elegance” was delightful (though a little dilapidated). Excellent location - lots of shops bars restaurants a short walk away and easy to get about using uber. Very friendly and welcoming staff - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you stay here.

The hotel it’s very pretty. On the arrival they offered us drinks. Staff is very nice and ready to help. Room was very nice.

Like some other comments it definitely needs some work and a good paint job. Pretty disappointed the pool or the spa pool didn’t work and you couldn’t use the downstairs spa area while someone else was using something. Eg if someone had a massage couldn’t have a sauna or shower which seems quite restrictive for a “hotel and spa”. The photos are also very photo shopped as another review has mentioned, they are still clean and tidy just a bit tired.

The location, the French toast and the staff are all super lovely. We weren’t happy with one of the rooms but they promptly and without question put us in another room which was great.

A very pleasant hotel in Palermo in Buenos Aires. Nicely placed with many local restaurants and a nice breakfast to start the day . Nice clean comfortable rooms . The room was very small and not well appointed. We were expecting a larger room with a better place to put our things. Very cramped for 2 people. We thought that the garden are would be larger and a more comfortable for hanging out. Not many places to sit.
