Perhaps if you stay in the forth building it’s advisable to have a car or otherwise it can be a little far to the club house.

We stayed in an amazing room in the second building, with huge windows and a bath with view to the lake. The breakfast room was also incredible with the landscape view.

Lack of sound insulation in the bedroom. It’s cold even when it has some extra heating. It doesn’t have complimentary water and the nearest stores are far away.

The view is beautiful, rooms are cozy and the restaurant is even cozier. We had the double cheese burger at the restaurant and it was very nice. The design is beautiful. We liked the window in the bathroom.

Everything was great! Far enough and close enough to the city center. Right outside so going to the touristic attractions was super easy. The room was very spacious and we could watch the sunrise from our huge windows. Breakfast was plenty and good. Staff were all exceptional. Spa sauna was a great plus. I highly recommend it!

The breakfast was disorganized with things running out often, despite the "reservation" system and some of the fruit looked to have been sitting out for days. We did not eat in the restaurant for lunch or dinner because the breakfast was so disappointing.

Beautiful resort-like hotel just outside of Bariloche. The hotel and property are beautiful with lovely landscaping and some wildlife to enjoy from a nice deck on our room. We enjoyed the exercise facility as well as the heated pool. Very spacious and clean room

Good location, nice breakfast. Staff was very helpfull we arrived very early in the morning and they gave us a private place to rest since the room was not ready yet. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast and diner is good. Coffee could be beter.

There is quite a hill up to our building. We got used to it, but it is less ideal when it rains. They do offer a shuttle bus, but it feels odd to use it. They changed our electronic key every day which was frustrating because it required us to walk down and up the hill to change it.

We really enjoyed eating in the casual dining room with the nice view. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Water pressure is luxuriant. It is close to the town center, but requires a taxi ride. It was a good base for visiting the circuita chica and the town center.

The 20 bus was always full in either direction, had to use Uber and taxis a lot more than we expected. YOU NEED CASH FOR TAXIS no one warned us about this.

There was no air con but this is because they usually do not get it very hot but when we first arrived it was 30 degrees so keeping our room cool was a little difficult

We had a problem with the underfloor heating but it was sorted very quickly and the staff were very helpful. We then had a flat tyre and the workshop sorted it out for us which was brilliant. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the mountains and lake from our balcony

The food was not the best, the breakfast was average and didn't have many options. The " tabla de ahumados" a typical dish of the area was 33 USD and didn't even have many "ahumados" only two.... And they were not tasty... At all... For a hotel like this I would recommend to upgrade their gastronomy.

The sauna is in the dressing room of the fitness/spa area. It would be better if it was in the general spa area near the pool so couples can enjoy it together.

Everything was perfect. Great room with private whirlpool overlooking the lake and mopuntains, very good breakfast, breathtaking views, lovely pool, helpful staff. Good dinner at the restaurant as well.

We were located on the furthest an highest building, which is separated from the lobby and restaurant building. There's a van service to take you to your room and back though. Also, other than the bathtub, the room is quite average.

Less quantity, more quality kind of breakfast, although not that much better than others. Room has a great jacuzzi with a nice enough view.

The only thing that did not work for us was that for breakfast you choose a time to come the day before. Breakfast times are at 7, 8, 9 or 10am. This was a issue for us because 8am was blocked for a large group and they tended to stay beyond 9am occupying the tables, which then reduced seating capacity at 9am. Schedules should be better enforced, particularly for large groups.

Rooms: The rooms are enormous, bed very comfortable. The rooms are clean. Facilities: the pool in the spa has a beautiful view of the lake and is a relaxing atmosphere to soak up nature in the evening. Gym is small and a little outdated but very clean and functional Restaurant: the breakfast menu is varied and always topped up. The views are lovely and staff are super friendly and helpful. We also had dinner there and the food was lovely, good sized portions and very well made. Staff: they are the highlight of this hotel. We felt very well looked after and the team were very helpful and friendly at all stages of our visit.
