South KoreaThe wifi did not work in my room, so I always had to go down to the lobby to make use of it. And the pool water seemed a bit dirty, or musky, which didn't allow me to see either the bottom of the end of it. I am not sure if it's a different water? but it was definitely not clear, more like foggy.
The location was great and given it's in the city centre, pick ups are also very convenient (just by telling them the name of your hotel most tour companies know). The hotel itself is simple to navigate so that was nice as well, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very kind and helpful.

United KingdomI originally booked a superior room for 5 nights a few months before our visit in December. A week before our stay I received automated messages saying the hotel could not process my bank card. I provided details of a second card and received the same automated response that the card could not be processed even though both cards were in full use. My banks also confirmed no transactions had been declined by them. I sent several emsils but received no response. I contacted booking.com customer services team but they could not get any response from hotel. The hotel then cancelled my stay whilst i was flying out without reaching out. I re booked but could now only get 3 nights. The Hotel then took payment twice on both cards even though they did not have the original card details for this booking. A breach of data security!!
