The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the fact that breakfast starts at 7h30. If you are in a tour that starts at 8h, you don’t have time to have proper breakfast. The hotel should really consider starting breakfast a little earlier.

The rooms are getting old however they are cosy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple with your regular ham, cheese, some runny scramble eggs, toast, pastries, coffee, juices, fruits and cereals. Staff are lovely. There is nothing majorly wrong with this place. It served its purpose of a clean comfortable place to sleep and have a quick bite before heading out for the day.

Breakfast starts at 7:30. I think it should start earlier, since some tours pick up the tourists 7:50.

The hotel location was excellent, close to restaurants and Mitre Street. Room was comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast. Nice staff. Besides, it hás a restaurant.

We had misgivings because of the reviews. But we really enjoyed our stay, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was fine, the location is hard to beat. It was a really great price. The only negative is no parking, but we used a paid parking not far.

The entrance into the bathroom was a bit too small but that was a minor thing.

Located in the centre of the city very close to supermarket, restaurants, laundry etc. It was a nice place, clean sheets, clean bathroom, (shampoo, shower gel and soap available); good mattress, hot water, TV;I mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was nice. Staff is helpfull.

That I couldn't stay longer!

There's not enough to say about this place! Incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable. The people who work here are friendly, accommodating, and helpful! Wi-Fi was great the whole time. There's a fridge in the room! The window opens letting the cool breeze in. I didn't use the heater or the hair dryer, but both are available! And the location can't be beat! A quick walk to.... everything.

We arrived late because of a late bus and wrote to inform the hotel. When we arrived there was no one on the desk. A man was outside smoking- when he saw us he checked us in in an abrupt and surly manner. His attitude was unique in all the places we have stayed in Chile and Argentina. The staff next morning were delightful.

We could have used some AC in our room. It got quite hot from the sun in the afternoon and even with the window open to cool it off before bed, it was pretty warm in the room at night.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were awesome. The location was perfect. The quietest hotel ever.

The towels had holes and patches and lots of noise from the cleaning people and you can hear when they move the beds
