The windows in the room were a bit drafty, the exterior sauna by the pool wasn’t working properly and the bath in our room slowly lost water.

Some soundproofing issues for connecting rooms. Everything is in stellar and super clean condition, but the design and some facilities look outdated.

The friendliest staff that wanted to make your stay simply unforgettable. The incredible views and landscaping. Here you get the essence of Bariloche's magic. The comfiest bed you can imagine.

Restaurant food was lovely but could have done with a few everyday choices rather than just gourmet dishes. Also it felt like you were obligated to have 2-3 courses.

Unique building and surroundings. Very friendly and helpful staff. High quality food in the restaurant. Amazing views over the lake. Private access to the shore/beach. Nice swimming pool. Made a real effort with Christmas decorations (in & outdoors). Location is 8k out of town but Uber was only US$7 each way so very easy to get in & out of town.

restaurant staff at lunch very slow to serve (40 mins for coffee & sandwich). Breakfast was a similar situation, where staff were not proactive.

Wonderful location overlooking lake. spacious suite with spa bath. Mostly helpful staff & manager, who went out of their way to assist. Fantastic breakfast. Very peaceful. Highly recommended. Dinner once at hotel (2 course special) and once at Las Morillas - also excellent.

The room that we stayed in could use some minor reparations. For example, at one point there was water leaking from the wall, a few fixtures in the jacuzzi randomly fell off, and several times we had to spend a few minutes trying to get the key reader to our room to function.

The staff are absolutely excellent and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel offers fantastic views and is very well located, sitting between the city of Bariloche and the other attractions. The rooms offer plenty of spa amenities to ensure guests enjoy a relaxing stay.

One of the bedrooms had an open wall to the kitchen and living room below. No privacy at all.

Great hotel, nice location just outside of city centre, however close to everything. Leonardo on reception was super helpful and very attentive. His service is just outstanding. Hotel staff in general ggreat too. Hotel has great facilities, access to the beach. Breakfasts are great. Also highly recommend to have dinner, as their chef if as outstanding as the hotel itself. Just be mindful that best to get rental car as it will allow you more flexibility to move around. Spa in the room including sauna, steam room with massage shower was a good addition to experience. Highly recommend if planning to stay in Bariloche.

Everything was excellent!!

The breakfast spread is really good with lovely fresh coffee of all types. The croissants are delicious and all the pastries are freshly baked in house. Really good to have freshly made eggs every morning. Extremely friendly and helpful staff willing to help and go out of their way at all times. Great experience! The room is extremely clean with daily housekeeping. The views from the hotel are amazing.. they have a lovely heated pool outside with towels and jacuzzi.. A very comfortable and amazing stay.. ❤️

Perfect!

Surprise upgrade to our accommodations on arrival! It was amazing with most welcome bonus being able to enjoy the jacuzzi hot tub and then relax in front of our real open log fire, such bliss after our long walks in the surrounding beautiful countryside. Staff were wonderful, would not hesitate to visit again! Thank you!

No complaints. Missing a spacious sitting room for guests but there’s an addition to the hotel being built which will provide open spaces, we were told.

Spectacular views of Nahuel Huapi lake and surrounding mountains from our 3 level suite and the lodge’s dining room. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Clean. Excellent restaurant. Very friendly staff.

We liked everything

It got the most beautiful view and incurable big windows, the people are really nice and helpful, good food, nice warm swimming pool and direct acces to the beach. Not far from the centre but also tranquil. Nice lighting around the complex by night. Yes, we will come back there!
