How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Would be more comfortable if 2 chairs were provided in the room as well as a small desk on which to place our important things like wallet,keys,phone, computer etc.
A perfect gem of a room in this neighborhood which is very walkable with a wonderful choice of restaurants and points of interest within a few steps. The room is spacious enough with lovely high ceilings, and the shower especially generous. Milena was very helpful and left everything in order for our arrival after the office closed. I had forgotten about the availability of the kitchen on the roof terrace until we were leaving, but would have been a nice addition to our stay.

If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs - rooms overlook a busy road. Also the bathrooms could do with a proper blind (rather than a translucent one).
Great location with lots of cafes, restaurants and attractions nearby. Room was comfortable and the daily cleaning was perfect.

There is no breakfast.
The staff ! Milena is really nice and lovely ! The location is also perfect. And the room… wow it was really perfect. Beautiful, the bathrooms is perfect and also really well equipped.

I initially booked for a single night and found the accommodation quiet, well located and exceptional. It exceeded my expectations for the price. I was so impressed, I booked 2 more nights a week later. If you are looking for something special, personal and great value Casa Par is the place to consider. I highly recommend it.

Internet was spotty two of the days we were there, but we had our cell reception. There is not full-time reception at the hotel, but if you know the hours and prepare your questions before your travel or for during those hours, this is not a problem. I just list it here to help others understand what to expect. We felt we could come and go easily and got help with any questions or needs we had.
My two college age daughters and I stayed at Casa Par for five nights. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful with all of our requests/inquiries. The bill was exactly as we had agreed upon. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we are particular about cleanliness. Nice decor, comfortable sleeping, and low noise, as we were in a room facing the back of the building with a inner-building balcony view. This was great for sleeping. There is not full-time reception or an elevator for luggage, but that was fine with us. We read the information sheet before coming and were prepared to do the two small sets of stairs typical of an older hotel. We also had no problem reaching staff with questions. Would stay here again.

The window in the balcony room tends to vibrate noisily when heavy vehicles pass by, which can be a bit bothersome. However, placing a bag against it significantly reduces the vibration.
The room and hotel are very well designed, and the staff were super friendly, very high vfm.

The hotel does not have an elevator so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. In our case it was not difficult because we stayed in the first room with only one flight of stairs.
We stayed in the first room, which has queen bed and a sofa bed. The room is spacious and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. The bed is good and the shower has pressure. The room also has nice amenities and two small bottles of mineral water. The location is great, close to several tourist attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be back.
