I would like to see iron and iron boards in all rooms.

I have been coming to this hotel every year for the past 8 years and stay over 4 weeks every time. Location is great, the staff are super helpful and attentive, the hotel looks always the same, like new, exactly like in the pictures. Very confortable, great beds, very clean.

• Kitchen: would be nice to provide some basic cooking products like olive oil, pepper; also the knives need sharpening. • Might be a good idea to give out multiple sets of keys, one per guest.

• Very friendly and accommodating hosts, they helped us arrange things such as late check-out and room cleaning at a convenient time. • The apartment was clean, well-maintained and had all the amenities and kitchen utensils.

Location in Recoleta was the main reason we chose Casa Bevant. Several bakeries, restaurants and sites to see close by. The room was nice sized, although the advertised sq. feet surely includes the patio, (no outdoor seating…we were in 2B). Was nice to open the slider for fresh air. This is a well appointed studio with a lot of space used for the kitchen, felt like a airbb. Wifi: 10/10, Shower pressure: 10/10, very comfortable bed and pillows. The scent/air freshener gave me an instant headache when I walked in lobby and it was the same in the room. We shared our concern and living forward, our unit was nicely unscented after housekeeping the rest of the stay…I only had to make it thru the lobby. Plenty of room for suitcases and several hangers. Nice to have included laundry facility on property. For breakfast and coffee, there is a grocery store 1 1/2 blocks away and a good bakery, Merci on the corner. Both a tea kettle and Nespresso machine in unit. We stayed here 5 nights. Daytime service was professional, engaging and friendly, including restaurant and sightseeing ideas. Stored luggage no problem as our room wasn’t ready, as we arrived early and the day of departure, after 11 am checkout until it was time to go to airport. I highly recommend Casa Bevant!

The gym is a little bit in the smaller side.

Stuff, location and laundry room was amazing. They will clean the room beautifully! And if you need anything they help you with a smile. It feels safe, which it is important in BA. You have supermarket and shops close to you.

The rooms are spacious and well laid out, and the property is within walking distance of many sights, restaurants and cafes. The area felt safe, and the staff were helpful and kind. The laundry was a bonus, as was the terrace at the top of the building. We felt Recoleta was a perfect location for our stay in BA.

A large, clean & well stocked apartment . Casa Bevant was steps from the cemetery, close to many of the parks & easy access to many of the sights in Buenos Aries.
