How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

I would rate this place 12 out of 10 if it wasn't for the noise. Mainly the plumbing and street noise.

The hotel really should provide earplugs. The noise absolutely is an issue when sleeping if you get a street facing room. I'm surprised they haven't installed thicker / double glazed doors to the balconies to rectify the noise issues. Feels like it is an issue that could be resolved. Everything else about our stay was perfect (hence the 10/10 rating) - especially once we had purchased ear plugs from a nearby pharmacy.
Where do I start? The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Checking in we were given a tourist map and they went through and circled things to do around the city. Any request was met and they always greeted us as we came/went. The restaurant staff were just as nice, and the food was absolutely amazing - a hidden gem! The breakfast buffet was adequate for a hotel breakfast. The rooms were really nice, a good size and had everything you could need. Housekeeping was completed daily. Laundry service is available and had a quick turnaround, although it was reasonably expensive. Really enjoyed our stay and loved the staff here. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to dislike during our stay. We were there in winter (August), so I don’t know if there’s much price variation, but it was a very good deal.
Just off the big avenues, but right among them, it’s well located. Welcoming, great breakfast, helpful staff. Room was comfortable, with balcony and warm wood accents. Nice touches like complimentary water, coffee pods, bathrobes. It’s a suite hotel, so having a microwave, toaster, sink, fridge, plates, and couch made it homier than more conventional hotel rooms.

the gave us water everyday and chocolates. The room was absolutely comfortable. The elevators worked perfectly. They gave us a glass of champagne on our first night. The restaurant is ok. They had books in the bedroom for us to read.

The room wasn't soundproof enough. It was difficult to sleep with all the noise. Also, the laundry service cost is overpriced.
It's a great location and the breakfast was excellent.

it is really not a hotel. The services were subpar. No concierge to help with some problems with the ferries. The weight room is rarely open.

Nothing everything was grate.
The Hotel is great, it's definitely boutique-type. The amenities offered were just on point. Breakfast doesn't change from day to day but there are a lot of options available. We had a trip planned to La Patagonia and they helped us storing our bags for some extra days before our check-in, since we couldn't travel with all our bags, that was super helpful! You can walk to different places but since BA is such a big city you'll need to use some other mode of transportation.

Everything was 100% perfect
Hotel had a lovely ambiance , staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool on top was super to chill after long day walking in BA. Breakfast very good When we arrived the taxi driver requested only cash , we had no cash at that stage , girl on reception said no problem we can pay him and add to your bill . Be careful we even used the marked cabs ( black / white )from airport
