There was not much to like.

Run down and a bit out of the way. Not great accommodation for the price.

Tur location of the hotel is great. Although it initially seems far from the center, you can reach everywhere on foot. Taxi stands are very close, and the view is amazing. Also, I should mention that despite our early arrival, we were allowed to check into our room right away.

However, there were several issues. The pillows hadn’t been changed, and it wouldn’t be accurate to say the room was clean. The kitchen supplies were missing, and the few available items weren’t clean. We had trouble accessing payment information through my phone (due to the Turkish SIM card), and as a result, we had trouble paying with a credit card. We tried to resolve the issue through messaging, but the problem remained unresolved. In the end, we suggested paying in cash, but the hotel informed us that they could only accept payment via the credit card registered through Booking. I shared the issue with Booking and communicated it to the hotel. Eventually, they agreed to accept cash payments. Since there was no reception, the whole process took place through WhatsApp. The internet connection wasn’t stable everywhere, and this caused unnecessary stress just to solve a simple problem. The isolation in the rooms was poor. We could hear all the conversations and even footsteps from the neighboring room. Unfortunately, we experienced this disturbing situation both early in the morning and late at night.

no one there when we turned up and had to wait outside for hours for check in. no response on WhatsApp. hearing was broken when we arrived so they offered a different apartment but it didn’t have 2 bedrooms (we needed two) - the heating also broke there after 5 minutes.

Property nice and well organized.

Would recommend better sheets and definitely better pillows.

The apartment was a 15 minute walk to the main strip and the beds were comfortable.

The apartment didn’t have any privacy, it was a loft style with the only door separating the bathroom. There was a twin bed right beside the kitchen with no separation. The was no cutlery in the kitchen and very few plates and bowls. The neighbourhood was fine, not much to do, but there were loud dogs at nighttime.

Good location, 10 minutes walking to the city center. It has decent kitchen. Hot water for shower was good. Heater worked good, but required staff to turn it on. Wifi was okay outside at the balcony. Wifi was weak inside the apartment.

The facility is old.

The apartment was adequate for our one night stay. It was in a great location with lovely gardens and a great view.

The apartment is small. Not much space for 4 people, but clean and good for one night.

Good location to everything and the main high street is just down the hill

Old, smelly and noisy (lots of dogs barking during the night, hearing every noise made by the neighbours, squeaking wood structures)

In 10 years of traveling I have never written a bad review, this illustrates how much I want to warn fellow travelers. Our reservation date was changed without my permission. We arrived from Chile, without internet so I'm 100% sure I didn't change the date. When we arrived late in the evening the employee showed us there was no reservation on our name. When I connected to the wifi I saw the reservation was changed to a different date. We got a room for the night and had to do the payment the next day with the owner. The owner is a money wolf. We asked to pay in cash. She used a price way higher than on booking and multiplied it by the blue dollar rate. When we said the price wasn't right, she smiled and changed it (like half the price!). Then she asked if we wanted to cancel the other reservation. I explained what went wrong and she said it was no problem to cancel. Days later I found out she charged me the full price on my creditcard because online it said it was 'non-refundable'. I feel very mistreated.

We only spent one night here, but it was cozy and well located.

the bed was very large and comfy

it felt very old and tired inside The noise of the pack of dogs behind the property was intolerable ALL NIGHT. some were wild 3 were domestic. take earplugs and drugs !!!

I liked the location, setup, heating, and everything about the place.

It was stressful to communicate with them because of the office hours. They didn’t run the payment method until the night before which was a problem, and then had issues with the payments.

It is good for its price

Just a window with nothing to be covered inside apartment 2, so privacy was limited.

Excellent: Amazing view of Lago Argentino, great shower, equipped kitchen, good bedding and heat (it was cold outside!), comfortable and cozy space, king bed upstairs, simple, prompt and effective communication.

Having a car was convenient for getting to it (6 blocks uphill) from main road. Stairs to the apartments and inside the apartments are narrow (difficulty moving heavy luggage). Sound travels easily between apartments.
