The bathroom suffered from inconsistent water temp and pressure.

The historic and cozy atmosphere combined with a scenic view and easy access to a national park, makes the stay incredibly charming. The breakfast is substantial and serves as a great start to the day. overall, our brief time here was an adorable, surprisingly gorgeous one.

The facilites were quite basic, but functional! The corridor had very creaky floors so not recommended for light sleepers but it was fine for us

At $120 USD per night, the hotel is fully priced.

It rained most of the time we spent in the Hotel so naturally the views were not as spectacular as they would be usually. The hotel is magnificently constructed of wood and granite, and antler lights are atmospheric. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was old but clean and functional. We walked in the Arrayanes forest nearby which is lovely, and just a short walk from the hotel.

We would have liked a double bed but the twin room was more than comfortable.

Simple but delicious breakfast, the hotel exceeded our expectations mainly because of the stunning garden views and the private access to the beach front. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I stayed 5 nights at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake and it is a very nice place to relax and enjoy. I for sure recommend it!!

Wonderful view of the lake and perfect location right next to the Parque Nacional Los Arrayanes! Cozy hotel that brings you back in time, nice staff and very clean room. The breakfast is simple but with very tasty medialunas. The hotel includes a restaurant where we had a nice dinner. Definitely recommended!!

Felt very motel like and not in the good way. Super outdated rooms with carpet on the ground. Bathroom could use some work. The floors creak like no other as do many other things that kept waking me up in the middle of the night. It was not a restful night for me. I was told breakfast was ready at 8 AM and I walked out and only cups and dishes available. I went to take my things to the car and at 8:30 food was out. It was a very basic breakfast. Check out allegedly from 9:30-10 AM only but I was able to check out right after breakfast.

I'm pretty sure I might have been the only one staying at the hotel. It has rustic charm but that's about where it ends. Bed was comfortable.

The pictures in booking are quite tricky they show a beautiful bungalow but then you rent an awful room. Toilet was super old, bathroom not working ok. The attention was really poor. The breakfast was disgusting. They charge a lot and the service is horrible.

the facilities are slightly old but they are maintained. The largest negative was an issue we had with the heating. The radiator was turned to the max and the control was broken. We asked the staff for help but they told us to open a window. However, it was too cold outside to keep a window open the whole night.

Location, location, location! You cannot get tired the of the views.
