The bed weren’t confortable, and they were no ladder to get up on the bottom bed. The bathroom weren’t really clean and easy to use, they were no lockers to lock properly the door

The staff really friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations of what to do in Ushuaia, they were super nice! The location was great! The common area and the bed were clean.

The breakfast was okay even though it was plain. For the price, it was to be expected that there wouldn't be much choices. The problem was the kitchen equipment. The kettle has to be replaced. It was in a state of wreck. The coffee broiler needed an upgrade.

Showers lack privacy, couple cubicles, without locks, in shared space, not a lot of room on bottom bunk, could sit in bed, does charge an extra fee for credit card payments, if memory serves correctly it was about 15% extra

This is a review of my extended stay, added an additional week, chose to stay there longer because the place was decent. Very good location, close to main street, bus terminal, and hiking site. has lockers in the rooms, kitchen perfectly fine for self catering, staff friendly, includes breakfast, and on the morning I was leaving, which was, early, before breakfast officially started, they did prep some food for me the night before

Doesn't have lockable showers, and the one on the upstairs toilet doesn't actually lock but in my time there I didn't experience any issues of being walked in on while using, was close once, showers it's obvious if in use and people will generally knock on toilet door before opening so not a major. Generally prefer bottom bunk but chose top due to very little space on the bottom, couldn't sit up in bed, but overall descent place, not expensive and very well located

Really good location, 10 mins walk from bus terminal, due to my bus being late arriving I didn't get there untill about 11pm, and hadn't been able to inform of the delay, but this wasn't a problem, for the staff on duty at the time, the following morning I was given info about the local activities/tours and offered assistance In booking. easy access to main street in town, restaurants, supermarkets, and only about 10-15 mins from a hike to a glacier, kitchen perfectly adequate for self catering, and I was also offered a little discount when extending my stay

WiFi couldn’t reach the room, room needs a ceiling fan cause top bunker was hot and lower bunker very cold. Showers need longer curtains as is always gets the floor outside wet. The owners/employees had a pizza night and occupied a large part of the kitchen and the table area without inviting the guests. the employees talk a lot to each other very loudly.

on top of a hill. Wi-Fi went out a few times, but was perfect otherwise. had to wait 1.5 hours to check in as no one was there. This happened multiple days even when people set a requested time.

Most hours during the day there is very hot water in the showers, but if the hostel is full and you get late to the shower - that is very likely to find only cold water.

In some hours of the day, mainly nights, while many people are using the showers, the hot water is not enough. I have had to wait to get hot water and it had last for hours. Trinidad, the very friendly host, had warned me, that's good but the heating system should be improved.

I so love animals but having a dog begging while your eating wasn't my favorite thing. way too many dogs inside the property regardless of the efforts (Some) members of your staff placed to chasing them out.. they keep coming inside

1. No one at reception when I arrived 6pm and was not informed of door keypad code. Fortunately a neighbour helped to let me in as he knew the keypad code and called the operator who turned up 10mins later. 2. Room did not have toilet roll and the soap provided was a used bar soap (see pic) 3. The room was cold and the room heating system was damaged (see pic). 4. The bath towel provided is very old and it smelled ( like damp laundry not dried properly). No opportunity to change because the operator was not around . 5. Breakfast provided was of very low quality and cannot qualify as a proper “breakfast”. Booking.com should set a minimum of items provided before the hotel qualify to include “ breakfasts provided” in their room offering.

Bathroom flush not working in a dorm makes for a bad night I requested a vegan option at breakfast. The reply was late (after checkin) and said not available. But their staff offered to get one item. They reneged on their promise and instead of meeting me or informing me (there were several opportunities), they referred to the initial message. Managers not welcoming
