- The lake view - affordable restaurant - spacious room.

- The elevator was too noisy - there was no air conditioning in the room, and it was hot. - there were cars with very loud music (if you can call that music) late in the night circulating on the street in front of the hotel.

I love location close to downtown, all transport lines are pretty close, amazing views and good breakfast.

No internet in the rooms, only in the lobby. The breakfast eggs and the coffee were really bad. There was a bus idling outside all night every night so if you are a light sleeper ask for a higher floor room.

The staff was great, the room was nice. Cleanliness could have been a bit better but it was acceptable. Breakfast pastries were delicious.

Fantastic location, on the lake and very close to the cathedral and the city center. Welcoming staff. Very good breakfast (the breakfast room tends to be crowded...).

The staff is not well informed. They charged me IVA which is a argentinian resident tax, even though I explained many times I am an US resident and showed them all the requested documentation.

The property has no parking available, if you are lucky to find a park you have to pay for it. The staff d not speak English and were unable to help with this. The bathroom has cigarette burns on the bath and toilet seat. The sliding cupboard door are stuck. The curtains are poor quality and broken. The TV is cheap and the remote doesn't work. The lifts are old and we used them only for our luggage. The property needs to refurbish. The sofas in the common area are worn and have rips.

First we got a room that had a terrible odeur of sigarette smoke (6th floor). Then we got a poorer room, but without the smell of smoke. It was ok the first night, but the two following nights it had a smell of cloaca. Tried to get some fresh air by opening the window, but it didn’t help much. The floor was dirty.

Good location, near city center and beach. Good beds. And nice employees. Very good breakfast included in the price.

There was some drainage smell in the room, so much that we had to be relocated to another room. In the new room the smell wasn’t that bad but you could still feel a hint every now and then (in the bathroom).

The guys at the front desk are very helpful, too bad that the general state of the hotel doesn’t help them

WiFi was terrible, bathroom with mold. Bathroom door cracking at the bottom due to moisture.

Location was great. All staff friendly and helpful. Price was good. Breakfast was great. Shower pressure and temp great.

Room was not clean (we found a bunch of hair in our bed) and smelly. Check Inn took ages since we had to fill data to forms that could have been retrived easily from our copied passports.

-Spa is only available at 1pm to 9pm and you have to book in advance. Service was not great. -Hotel room bathroom was not clean. Asked staff to clean it and it took them two more times to clear the drains and remove hair. -There was sewage smell in the room on more than one day. It was so bad it woke us up at night. Hotel told me it was a new room. YIKES! -There was nothing to hang your clothes on or no table/seating in the room -The elevator was so loud at night it woke us up several times. -There is no parking -Eggs are super runny for included breakfast -I spoke to the front desk staff and they didn't seem to care but that's the trend these days. Very disappointed.

The bed was comfortable and the location was downtown.

Room was dirty. When we got into bed there were hundred of hairs in the bed and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. The lift was temperamental. However, good location and friendly reception staff.

The spa is only one jacuzzi (quite far away from the window) that you have to book, only one person (booking) per half hour in other words totally unavailable...
