Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is great. Avenida de Mayo is perfectly located. Walking distance to Plaza de Mayo, Congreso or the Obelisco and Corrientes avenue. The Subte (subway) station is a few steps from the front door. There are plenty of cafes and markets in the surroundings. The hotel amenities are average, The price per night is fair. There is a dining room with plenty of tables, electric kettle and microwave for self-service although there is a lack of plates and cups.

Hong KongI'm satisfied with the room, the room is very new and clean, everything is better than I expected. I think the room is newly redecorated. Hotel staff are absolutely very helpful, they are patient and help me with everything i needed and asked for. Though it would be even better if there is kettle in the room so I don't need to go to lobby resting area to boil water. There is a lift (very new) that can go to different floors without the need to walk up stairs especially when you carry the luggage.

PolandI've got the room with window going out on hall so it needed to be pernamenty closed but that's probably I stayed there only 1 night. Seems like other rooms had windows outisde.
I spent there only few hours after late flight. It has good location. There is few steps to the reception but elevator for floors.

What I needed was a bed and shower for an overlay so I don’t mind the facilities being basic, I would say the property exceeded my expectations

United StatesThe location is amazing! So central. They have 24 hour reception and there were kioskos that were always open nearby. The staff helped us check in early, which was super accommodating. As far as I know the rooms mostly have windows facing the interior corridor with heavy wooden shades that close from the outside, so there isn’t much natural light, just to note. Great for a short stay in an accesible area to enjoy Buenos Aires!

Panamathe rooms are located around a building shaft so when rains you hear the the water close to the doors, so the corredor were wet
for a night sleep its ok, the location was spot on near everything and the customer service was exceptional I very pleased, when they agreed to hold the room until next day checkout since we had a non confirmed earlier flight (in case we have to return)
