The location was perfect - a short car drive into town and on the road to the Circuito Chico. The view from the bedroom was wonderful.

The spa was not very warm. The location was good but not convenient to town.

Everything was great! The breakfast was perfect, very good choice. Very comfortable bed, and we had every day housekeeping. Our room was really big, plus had a beautiful view for the lake and mountains. The hotel had a sauna and a good-sized swimming pool. I would come back here again.

Highly recommend this hotel. The location is very centric....close to the center (a short drive away) and also to other sightseeing spots. The staff was great, the restaurant is very good and they have many options in their menu. The rooms all have beautiful views and they are very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was also good.

Only one negative point. The insulation of the room is not very high. Thus the silence depends on your neighbors…

No real problems with the room or the facility, but it seemed a little nit-picky to charge if we used any of the coffee/tea pods in the room (never had that before) or if any dirty dishes were left in the kitchen. I've stayed at many places with kitchen facilities in many countries and never had to pay for dishwashing when we left.

We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was spacious and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen facilities but they seemed adequate for a short stay. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the restaurant on the premises, we had two delicious and reasonably priced dinners there. The hotel is located just a short drive from the center of town and located near other restaurants. All in all I think it was good value for money.

Moldy bathroom. Dingy and ratty linens. Everything had an up charge. There is a kettle but you had to pay for tea bags to be placed in room. My “superior” view of the lake consisted of a 4 story construction site and trees, overlooking the kids’ playground. Very, very loud. Along the road and other guests in breezeway. Old and unclean dishes. Had to wash yourself or pay more to have them washed. Spotty Wi-Fi. Tried to charge me for water that was never placed in the room to begin within.

Spacious rooms and good location. Had not shopped for a kitchenette, but found useful. Bath products were great. Lobby and secure property were terrific.

the hotel deceived me and charged me for a Christmas dinner outside of my dates at the hotel. Around USD 400. i informed them that i would arrive on the 25th of December and they still booked me and charged me a dinner on the 24th of December. In addition to this dishonesty, they said that the dinner was non-refundable. A hotel without ethical values. Deadbeat management. Booking should do their due diligence before adding or supporting any type of business.
