Our room was located with view over the inside roof, so there is not much view and it makes the room a bit dark. Perhaps other rooms have more of a view.

It's a beautiful little hotel and very well located in the heart of Palermo Soho. The rooms are quite small and so is the bathroom, but it's a great place to stay if you enjoy spending time outside the hotel. There is little room for hanging out, but there are many cafés and restaurants in the area. The staff is super sweet and helpful, I would always recommend this place especially for couples.

The room was a little darker than the photos made it out to be. The garden was nice but could have done with a couple of loungers / comfy chairs maybe. No bar to sit and relax at.

Location and breakfast were great, and the staff were all wonderful. Bottle of sparkling wine for our honeymoon was a really nice touch.

The room was a bit basic with no kettle. No lift although only one floor up.

We loved the location and friendly service. The breakfast was also good. The room was comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom is very loud. But it wasn’t the worst. I didn’t realize our window was a bit open and a mosquito came in, otherwise it was secure.

I loved the breakfast. It was SO GOOD. Staff was nice, the beds were comfy, nice large bathroom size.

The small room (I.e. the one with no balcony or garden) is very small and not value for money. The cleaning services were not great also.

The cafe is very nice, and the big rooms! The staff are also great and super helpful. They tried to accommodate our requests whenever possible. Also great location.

There was loud music from the nearby bars. You could hear everything from the street. Rooms are quite small (garden rooms) and not so nicely furnished. No elevator to the first floor. Sink was clogged. We stayed for two nights, but decided not to come back here for the second part of our trip.

The hotel is in a good location. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

For the size of the room and bathroom, wish there were a few more hangers, such as behind the bathroom door or on the walls.

The rooms could probably be improved a bit, particularly the bathroom. Unfortunately we seemed to have some flies coming in through the air con when this was on and there was some loud music being played at around 3am from a neighbor which I don't think could have been helped by the hotel.

The staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly. We were checking out too early for breakfast but they made sure we had coffee and pastry. Location was also great!

When I entered my room, I realized it didn’t match the pictures and felt overpriced. Additionally, the breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The door to the room was very thin. We could hear everything outside from people talking to traffic. Bed was very firm. Nowhere to really put your clothes, no real closet.

Staff was great! Very helpful and accommodating. The food at breakfast was good. They have a bakery in the restaurant. Location is great, there is much to do in Palermo Soho.

Negative aspects Our opinion is given regarding room #1, which is right next to the front desk. • We had problems with a lot of noise from doors slamming right next to the room. Every night we had people talking loudly and the heavy door between the hall and front desk was slamming. • The bathroom does not have an adequate exhaust system, which means it is always damp (walls, mirror). This even affected the towels, which never dried. • There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom.

Postive aspects • The location is excellent in Palermo, close to the best things to do in the region. • Excellent breakfast with several delicious options, served by the cafe attached to the hotel. • The hotel is charming and the front desk team is always helpful.

There were two WiFi links available, but sadly, none could connect reliably from the room (the connection kept breaking up). Because we had our flights cancelled and needed to connect to find updated information, this was a constant problem, forcing us to leave the room at odd hours to be able to get some internet and check our flight status.

The room was big and clean, able to fit two twin beds and a travel cot comfortably. Importantly, it looks as advertised in the pictures from Booking and Google. Another high point was that the shower pressure and temperature were excellent. The location is perfect, only a block away from plaza Serrano. Also, because the hotel is behind a bakery, the breakfast had exquisite options from the bakery - I tried once the croissant and it was the best I ever had. But what we liked the most was the friendly staff from the hotel, who were always happy to answer any of our questions and able to solve the problems we had (from helping to lift our luggage to the room, to finding us taxis to move around, and store our luggage after check out).

From night till morning, you can hear everything from the street. If you are used to city life, it is not a big deal.

It is a nice, trendy hotel, close to everywhere in a safe neighborhood. The bread from Panaderia which also provides breakfast to the hotel guests.
