Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IranWe stayed two nights at this hotel. The staff were truly wonderful and very kind, but the building definitely needs renovation. Breakfast was good and served in the room, the bed linens were clean, but the furniture was extremely outdated. The air conditioners also needed repair. The hotel’s beautiful pool, combined with very old and worn-out furniture around it, created a not-so-pleasant contrast. I sincerely hope the owners consider renovating this hotel soon

NorwayFirst night we had no cold water in the shower, only boiling hot. Then we had only cold water for the next morning. The electricity was also out all morning. The pool was "busy" according to the receptionist. We were travelling with kids and chose this hotel for the pool. It was impossible to understand what the receptionist meant when she said that yes, the pool is open, but we have guests, so it's busy. We thought we were also guests, but okay. They only take cash as payment, which I still haven't found any information about on booking.com. But as already mentioned, the price is quite low, so we didn't have the highest expectations. It's decent for a one night stay, especially without kids.
For the price, this place is almost okay. Breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. The place was clean and the room was huge.

RussiaBad location in the middle of some highway , no problem if your have a car. Very noisy from the highway. Staff wake you up in the morning when you still sleep to bring breakfast even if you asked them to bring it at 10, they can bring it to you at 9 and wake you up.

NetherlandsThe hotel was right next to the highway and the only noise we could hear was from the cars if we left the window open. And breakfast was completely the same every day. And the sofa needed repair because when we sat on the sofas we sank into it and it was not comfortable.
The room had beautiful sofas and beds, the pool was incredibly stylish and classic, the bed was very comfortable and soft, and the closet was very spacious for hanging clothes. And a lady named Bella, only she could manage and guide me well. She showed me all the sights on the computer, how many kilometers they were from the hotel, how much they cost, and how to book a taxi in Armenia through the Yandex app so that the cost wouldn't be too high. Bella was really honest and helpful. The hotel was very close to the zoo, we had to walk a few steps, and the entrance fee to the zoo was 2,000 drams per person. If you want a hotel that is stylish, classic, and reasonably priced, this is the best option. It also had a sauna, which we didn't have time to use, and the pool area with beautiful views was stunning for the price.

United StatesThe reason I’ve given a 7 is because my sleep was affected by the noise from the nearby highway. The hotel is located right next to it, and unfortunately, the rooms aren’t soundproof, so we could hear the cars passing by quite clearly throughout the night.
The receptionist greeted us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She personally guided us on a detailed tour of our room, ensuring that we were fully aware of all the amenities and comforts available. The room itself was incredibly spacious, offering a generous layout that made us feel like we were staying in a luxurious suite. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was absolutely spectacular and truly added a touch of indulgence to our stay. Additionally, the breakfast in bed was an unforgettable experience – served on a large, beautifully arranged plate, it was both delicious and plentiful. The property itself was nothing short of magnificent, resembling a grand palace, with every corner exuding elegance and sophistication. It was a truly remarkable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a more delightful stay.

United StatesThe hotel did not accept credit cards. Door locks are mechanical and not electronic. Smoking is allowed in the hallways on the floor below. Parking garage is underground and unlit. The swimming pool has not been cleaned in a long time. The location is on a divided highway you cannot cross and there are restaurants or convenience stores near enough to walk.
The whole purpose of our trip was for my daughter (and Russian student) to experience a post-Soviet Republic. PV fit that bill nicely, with gaudy and elaborate rooms with a lot of space and state of the art jacuzzi tubs on top of a pretty old building with an ancient elevator. The room basically had an attendant who spoke only Russian (as did almost all staff, so we made our way with out limited Russian) who cooks breakfast, does any laundry, tends your needs for new sheets etc. and is resident in the room next door which is straight out of a 1970s stalovia and where she cooks breakfast, stores toilet paper etc. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they are friendly and helpful in the old communist or post-communist way. fashion, which is to say that service is adequate, but impersonal. Things get done but without smiles or amiability. Having travelled in this part of the world before, I take it as normal, but my family members were shocked until the service culture was explained.

GeorgiaThe hotel itself is a bit outdated, located on a place with nothing nearby. rooms were huge but we were not able to open the windows. We had electric kettle but no coffee/tea/anything.
Hotel's main advantage was its staff who made our stay comfortable. Quite normal breakfast was served in a room directly, but you can't buy any food in the hotel.

IranUnfortunately, none of the hotel staff can speak English (even the reception). The behavior of the staff was good. The hotel is old and needs renovation. The elevator is old and small. And the ground floor does not stop. The windows of the rooms did not have a good view outside. There is no restaurant for breakfast. A weak and small breakfast is brought to the room (like in 2-star hotels). Some of the floor tiles in the rooms and the corridor are broken and make noise when walking. The air conditioner was making extra noise and they could not fix it until the last day. The toilet door lock was broken. And ... Finally, the grade of the hotel is between 2 and 3 stars. But the price was very good.

GermanyThe location is beside the Highway and due to that sometimes it is very loud. The sewer pipes are thin in the old building and due to that the toilet paper must be thrown in the garbage can.
The Staffs were extraordinary nice. We felt welcomed and they were helpful anytime. Although they didn’t speak English and used Google translate. We were unfortunately trapped by fake Yerevan Taxis who asked for 25000 Dram for the short travel and the Staffs help us reduce it. The Rooms are quite specious and you have definitely enough place to take some rest inside. The WiFi was good as well.

Czech RepublicThey dont accept cards and it is not mentioned anywhere on their website or atleast they could send a message specifying that as I had alot of discussion with the staff. Staff insisted on paying everything in cash on the spot at almost midnight. Atleast they agreed to clear everything next day which gave me time atleast to take some cash. Rooms need maintenance as in the bathroom there were many spots where the tiles were just missing. Water was clogging just for normal shower, I wonder what would have been the result if I took hot bath. They have a fridge in room but not even a single bottle of water in that. Restaurant is not available for public, it is used for only Banquets. Breakfast was very basic.
Property was clean and staff was helpful
