Breakfast was very well organized by the staff, however for a 4* hotel i would expect better buffet style one.

We visited with our family in April 2025. The property is located in the city center, and the staff was very supportive. The room was extremely clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all four of us. The breakfast need to be improved.

AC was not cooling in room even though switched in due to weather policy. But being a closed air tight room it was too warm and we were sweating through in sleep

They could seriously improve the breakfast which is basic at best. Tbh we don’t have a habit of eating rice and veggies for breakfast. As an improvement they could add some pastries and fresh cut fruits

We ordered the deluxe family room, and the room was soo spacious with two queen beds and two bunker beds along with a sofa. The toilet had shower cubicle to keep out the water. The location is perfect and easily walkable to a lot of main attractions.

The breakfast could have been better..

The hotel was nice and it was located near the republic square. It was also near establishments like pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and mall. We would like to commend their staffs, Kim and the "security guy" for their hospitality and superb assistance! We will definitely choose Tropica again once we come back to Armenia..

The worst experience in my life. Location was good but I have booked deluxe hotel Room and finished in hostel. I booked 2 month in advance, but 3 days before arrival they informed me that were overbooked because of system Error and offered me hostel room. Real reason is that there was JLO concert and prices were high and my booking was not so expensive 🤷🏻‍♀️ it was my first time in hostel. To be honest they offered one room for our own but bathroom was still for share. I had to agree on their offer because there was no other chance to find something with a normal price😞🤦🏻‍♀️

The whole hotel has a specific smell of stale air, the windows don't open, the reception tried to cover it up with a maddening aroma that gives you a headache. The breakfast was packaged rice, which if you refuse, there is no way to get a second peach as compensation.

The hotel is very near Rebublic Square and almost all the tourist spot is from walkable diatance only. All the staff is very nice and polite. Hotel was very clean and they will provide daily houskeeping services to your room. The overall facility is very clean and quiet. Breakfast was tasty and warm. highly recommended hotel and will definitely go back here with my fam.

perfect location! I just walked to the Republic Square every day. The atmosphere was truly enjoyable and the staff was exceptionally kind and responsive to requests. The rooms were extremely clean, new, and smelled amazing. I will stay here again next time.

The location was incredible! It is located very close to the Republic square, a mere 2 minute walkable distance away. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious. What I truly appreciate was how clean the facility was and how pleasant it smelled. I also enjoyed the common area where I used my laptop to connect to the super fast WiFi and get work done
